A perfect little spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch! We used the outdoor seating area as we brought our pup along. They made a special egg for our little pup. Ali was the best waitress! Definitely give it a try. Affordable prices and big portions, everyone walked out with a takeout container with the their leftovers.

Had an overall good experience at Eggs-Up! I live about 30 minutes from Cumberland so this isn’t my usual area to get breakfast but I was joining friends who live closer, and I’m glad I got to check it out.

There was a bit of a snafu with seating us. They took down my name but managed to skip over us and seated about 3 or 4 tables of the same size party before I noticed that my name was still on their list and had been completely skipped over. I was a bit annoyed but they quickly sat us once I asked them about it.

Our server was very nice, and even though she was busy, we didn’t feel neglected at all. The food was very tasty. The menu has a lot of delicious-sounding options and it was tough making a decision. I ended up getting the Blackstone Benedict and was very satisfied with my choice. The flavored ice coffees were also really good! I tried the cinnamon sticky bun and it was great.

If I lived closer I could see this becoming a more regular breakfast spot for me!

Good 1st experience. I tried a sausage egg & cheese sandwich, the loaded hash, & the corned beef hash. If you’ve never had the corned beef hash here before, ASK them to tell you how it’s made because there may be some extra ingredients in it that your not accustomed to. The onions were cooked inconsistent. And there were too many big chunks of green and white onion but overall the meal was good. Lots of crispy bacon. Meals were hot & service was good

People will elbow there way ahead of you for a table. Now, with extra space, others get sat and served while you sit their trying to flag down a waiter. This time 2 tables were sat after us, served drinks and ordered. While tables around us were cleared and seated, we went completely unacknowledged for almost 15 minutes. Thats after a 20 minute wait, where a group of 4 and an older couple elbowed their way to the front of the line as we and others were patiently standing directly next to the hostess stand. We’ve tried this place too many times for the food, but this is the last time we will let horrible service hinder a weekend morning.

Freshly sliced turkey sandwich is great. Grapenut pudding is amazing. I get it every time I go. Good size breakfast options.

The service is really good. Very friendly, warm and caring staff! This was our first visit here and felt very welcome.

The coffee is terrific, the cups were well sized and wait staff made sure my cup never got below half before a warm up came around! This is fantastic.

The food was great for the most part. Everything was great except home-fries. Now, this is a subjective thing as many reviews here do love the style this place serves. I noticed that many breakfast places serve this style, so there must be a demand for it. The home fries are boiled potatoes that are chopped, seasoned (mostly color and little flavor) and then done on the grill. They are not crispy nor flavorful, however, you can season them yourself to your liking I guess. They have an option for loaded home fries which is pretty good, mostly same potatoes but with cheese and hollandaise sauce.

Overall: great place, will surely go back!

Awesome Diner spot! Service was fast and friendly. I had the “Cheeseburger” Omelet. When i seen it on the menu, i was intrigued. I couldn’t wait to try it. I must say, it was a really good Omelet. It did not disappoint. Good size portion too.

This is A Must-Visit Breakfast Spot in RI!

As a family of four (with our pup ), we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. Our waitress, Ali, was an absolute gem — incredibly sweet, attentive, and on top of everything. She made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

The food? Outstanding. We ordered the mushroom cheese omelette, spicy home fries, a Belgian waffle, and coffee — every single item was delicious, fresh, and made with care. Portions were generous for the price, and we left absolutely full and happy.

What truly blew us away was how dog-friendly they were. They even brought out a small bowl of scrambled eggs for our pup, who devoured it with joy!

We travel often and try a lot of breakfast spots, but this one really stood out. If you’re ever in Rhode Island, don’t miss this place. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!
