First time here and the service amazing. I can say this place I would definitely come back. The chicken was delicious and the waffles are so good. The taste of the chicken is so juicy and crunchy outside just enough not hard. The eggs and meat just delicious. The environment is so family oriented, let’s just say welcoming. We decided on breakfast for lunch and gave them a try. The waitress taking our order was very nice and polite. We ordered chicken and waffle, French toast and hash browns and a sausage egg cheese sandwich. The chicken and waffle were pretty dang good. The French toast was dang good and the sandwich was spot on. We will definitely be ordering from Egg King again.

Holy chicken biscuit. Fantastic food, truly the best chicken biscuit my husband and I have each had, and the bacon and pancakes got the stamp of approval from my 6 year old. The staff was very kind. We will absolutely be back!

The food was delicious, the best hashbrowns we ever had! The staff was friendly. We will definitely come back if we ever get the chance to make it to Memphis again. On our way out of the restaurant we stopped to take our pictures by the Egg King Cafe sign and the owner/chef? (The Egg King) And the sweet gal behind the counter came out and she took our picture with the Egg King, he was adorned with his crown. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We will remember them and that food for a long time.

Terrible. Waited 30+ min for a breakfast sandwich and pancakes. Chicken was fried so hard it was inedible and hurt the roof of my mouth. Service is subpar at best. Watched people order after me get their food before me which was frustrating seeing that they had whole meals and I had a small order. Has potential to be a decent spot.
