We’ve been longtime fans of Ceviche 105, especially the South Beach location, which consistently delivers both incredible food and exceptional service. Naturally, we were excited to visit the Boca location.
The food was very good and stayed true to what we’ve come to expect from the brand. The menu includes all the favorites we enjoy in Miami, and the flavors were on point. The interior of the Boca restaurant is also really well done. It has a great atmosphere and feels modern and welcoming.
That said, the service did not feel at the same level as what we’re used to in Miami. It wasn’t bad, but it lacked the attentiveness and energy that makes the South Beach location stand out. In Miami, the staff always feels very engaged and polished, and that experience is a big part of why we keep coming back.
Overall, the Boca location has a lot of potential. The food and space are strong, but the service experience is what separates a good visit from a great one. We’ll definitely be back and hope to see that same level of service consistency we’ve come to love at the South Beach location.

Great service, excellent place offered a good experience, food taste 9/10 . I insist that seviche is made of lemon. Not leche de tigre big difference. Lomo saltado was ok presentation and taste 8/10 ,.
Personal recommendation dont usa sweet potato from the liquid cans, it taste completely different as use de original sweet potato . And it doesn’t look gourmet as this new style on every single Peruvian place ruined

First time at CVI.CHE 105 and we loved it. Albert was our server and he was super nice and respectful. He walked us through the menu, gave great recommendations, and everything he suggested was spot on. The food was delicious, and he was really attentive to my food sensitivities/allergies, which I truly appreciated. Overall great service and great food — we’ll definitely be back.

This is my second time at Cvi.che 105 in Boca Raton and I really enjoyed the meal. It’s attached to Town Center Mall and our server, Ivan, took great care of our table ensuring that we had everything we needed. We shared the trio of ceviche – mixed -and my sister and I both ordered a seafood mixed pasta. It was absolutely delicious. Overall, I’ll definitely come for a third visit whenever I am craving a good meal.

Great experience at CVI.CHE 105! The service was excellent and the food really stood out—especially the ceviche, which was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely the highlight of the meal. The octopus was also very well prepared and delicious. The sushi was just okay, but the fun, lively ambiance and flavorful ceviche made the experience very enjoyable overall. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I had a great experience here overall. The food was unreal — easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. The diversity of the menu really stands out, and everything we ordered was flavorful and well prepared.
Santiago was our server, and he made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to give honest recommendations when asked. The restaurant was slammed and he was running multiple tables, but I never felt like he wasn’t available. He was attentive, efficient, and professional the entire time.
The atmosphere was lively with great music, and the place was clean overall. My only disappointment was the layout. The seating felt extremely tight — we were less than an arm’s length from the tables next to us, which made it hard to have a private conversation. If the spacing were improved, this would easily be a five-star spot.
Thank you to the staff for their service, to Santiago for his dedication, and to the chefs for delivering excellent food. I’ll definitely be back.

My family and I came here for my Mom’s birthday during our holiday vacation and absolutely had an amazing time for our first visit. Ambiance was perfection, music not too loud so we could hear each other and chat. I can’t remember our server name but she was absolutely amazing taking care of 7 of us and all our questions, she went so above and beyond for EVERYTHING. Food recommendations, service, etc. She had the best choices for food and coconut flan dessert was fantastic for us to enjoy and it was all delicious. We had the tuna tarteras appetizer, ceviche, octopus, causa de cangrejo were all to die for! The Pisco sour and sangria were delish, for entrees lomo saltado, pescado a lo macho, grilled sea bass with quinoa and black sauce, and tortellini and steak were all on point! We will definitely be back again. Thank you!

This place has a 4.9 rating for a reason — and it absolutely lives up to it. The food was excellent, the atmosphere had a great vibe, and our server, Ivan, really knew his stuff. Every recommendation he made was spot on.
The Cosmopolitan cocktail was fantastic, my wife loved the ceviche pimentel, and the octopus platter I ordered was outstanding.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and an all-around enjoyable dining experience.
