There was an issue with my breakfast (forgot some ingredients) however the sever was quick to help.
The hot tea was so yummy, I ordered Blueberry. Server even gave me one Togo!
The strawberry French toast was delicious, but if you don’t have a big sweet tooth, I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s very sweet. It’s also a large portion that could easily be shared between two people.
The Caprese toast was tasty, and the portion was good. My husband swapped the fruit for pancakes.
We ordered two lattes, and they were delicious.
There’s free parking on-site as long as you order food and drinks there.
The service was quick and very friendly.
Today, I ordered the seafood eggs with potatoes and a pancake on the side — everything was flavorful and perfectly cooked. I paired my meal with their strawberry orange juice, which is such a rare find and complements the dish beautifully. The portions are generous, so I even had to pack the rest to go!
Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals, which is why this spot has become our post-walk brunch staple. Another major plus — they validate parking, so there’s no need to stress about that.
If you haven’t been yet, I definitely recommend giving them a try! Their extensive menu and seasonal specials make it easy to find something you’ll love.
We have dined here already few times, and every time we are greeted cordially, and seated promptly.
Pam, our server, has always been professional, attentive, and friendly, she is definitely a great asset to this restaurant.
As all meals are cooked to order, rest assured you will have a fresh and succulent meal.
I ordered the Sam’s Swedish Pancakes; Yummy, cooked to perfection, accompanied with lingonberries and lingonberry butter.
For a side dish, the Maple Bourbon Bacon, delicious, to surely lick your fingers!
And I can’t say enough of the freshly baked warm Biscuit, definitely an item to share!
Breakfast for two, at around $70!!, but the service and the food quality justifies it.
We will definitely continue to patronize this establishment.
They also recently made the decision to change their signature potatoes to be made with beef, excluding an entire religious group. I have family that used to come here exclusively for the potatoes but now can’t because they’re made with beef fat. That’s also one of the main reasons that I’ve stopped frequenting here before the consistent food quality issue. You can get shredded potatoes, which are vegan, but they taste like nothing and are consistently undercooked. With the exception of the last time I went, the service is still pretty good but it doesn’t make up for the food. I’ll miss the people but I already miss when the food was good.
5 . I loved everything about this place. I was even able to get a gluten free cinnamon roll. Yummy, they have a very large gluten free menu. Clean, service impeccable, amazing food & coffee bar. Egg Harbor Cafe did not disappoint.
