All American breakfast and other typical burger spot. The dinner itself is very pretty. Takes you back to the 50s small 45 albums display on the walls. The crazy part is we looked up many of them and the music were all interesting that actually existed. Pretty cool spot with great American foods. Well recommended

Our first time here with friends and the food was great. The service was so-so. We will be back and hopefully have a better server next time.

Davenport Girlfriends found our way to a new breakfast spot this morning.
The building was so cute and I side was amazing.
Many breakfast options to choose from and the best biscuits!! I highly recommend them. The pancakes were as large as a medium pizza, and you get two, that alone couldn’t be finished by one person. The ham slice was thick, juicy, salty, and all over perfect. Thank you for accommodating us!! We will be back, in larger numbers

I took my father here for a Sunday brunch and drove about an hour away to eat at Egg City. The restaurant was crowded, but that’s a good sign. I mention this because I was so impressed with the speed and professional service we still received from the very busy staff. The food was the main attraction, the omelettes were the best I have had in a long time. The waiter recommended the home fries well done, and I loved it. Side note, I always hated home freinds, hash browns, or grit and never know what to choose because it always is delivered on a plate as potatoe mush. Not Egg city! It was the best! I ate every crumb. They also have fun 50s dinner atmosphere and I really liked their Halloween display.

Place was not busy around 11am for a late breakfast. Everything on my plate was overcooked. The English was so hard you couldn’t bite into it. The omelet was tasteless and flat, not fluffy by any stretch. The only item edible was the home fries, despite being overcooked.

Good local restaurant for breakfast. Very clean and nicely designed!
Food is good and affordable although steak was completely flavorless.
Service average. Kitchen loud -could be a normal event for a breakfast diner.
Parking is not a problem.
Next to a car shop if you have to wait + and barber shop!
Overall not bad.

Server was great, she was very attentive. Food was excellent. The pancakes are as big as the plate so be ready for a larger portion. The chicken and waffles were on point and so tasty, crispy, and hot. The gyro was really good. Food portions are big, so bring an appretite. Only issue, we didn’t have salt on our table. She apologized for that too. Gave us togo cups for our drinks too. Wish there were more 50s diners. We will definitely be back.

Do not skip out on this gem. Stepping into this 50s diner felt like a time machine with some good southern hospitality. From the cheerful greeting when we walked in to our wonderful server, Lex, this was the best service and restaurant experience we have had all week.

It is much larger than it looks with several different rooms. Elvis, James Dean, and Marilyn Monroe are thoroughly represented giving a great vibe before we even sat down.

The breakfast? Massive. We’re talking plate-sized omelettes cooked to perfection, and mouth-watering homemade biscuits. He is very particular about his hashbrowns and these were crisp and flavorful receiving two thumbs up. Neither of us were able to finish our meals (wish we had our nephew with us to help).

Our server was wonderful— cheery, friendly and the service was exceptionally fast. She even took notice of our Ohio State hat and shirt and gave us a “Go Bucks!”

We will definitely be back!!
