Avoid this location at all costs. It’s worth driving out of your way to go to another location if you must have Eegees. I ordered online. Showed up 5 mins early to my expected completion time. Waited 20 minutes before anyone even asked me what I was waiting for. Took another 10 mins to get my order put together. While I waited I watch employee pull a long hair out of the bucket of strawberry Eegee and then continue to serve from that bucket . Will not be going back to this location ever again.

Enjoying an Eegees on the long drive back to Phoenix is a welcome treat. My family went to the thornydale location and was assisted by the friendly and accommodating assistant manager Sergio. He let us sample the flavor of the month. In the end we went with our standard order of mango but got a half and half order with strawberry. He packed a “Biggie” in a bag of ice so our other family members back home got to enjoy an Eegees treat too. The Eegees “for later” arrived in perfect condition even though we didn’t have a cooler. Thank you! (surprisingly I enjoyed the strawberry more than the usual crowd pleaser mango). We also got a large crinkle fry to go…because why not! The ranch dressing is always delicious.

I love eegees but unfortunately I got to the bottom of my cup and there was hair in the side of it. When they first handed us our cups they were covered in slushy juice in the sides. Please practice customer service and wipe the cups off BEFORE giving messy product to your customers.

I asked for a half veggie, no pickles, no peppers. I have to watch my salt intake. The cashier at drive through double checked me twice. Repeating the order correctly. When she was ready to give it me, she was looking at the order screen. She looked off. I assumed if she checked that they added even more pickles and peppers plus cucumber! I didn’t realize until I got home to eat. C’mon guys. Very simple order. I had to take those off but was upset about it all.

I stopped off at eegee’s and order.what I thought was a BLT end up looking like dog food or burt hamburger . .it all fell out of the broken bread you couldn’t eat it. If it wasn’t so late I would have taken it back . Don’t waste your money on food at eegee’s on Ina road . I’m.giving them one star . because you have to mark something. Other wise they would not get any the worse ever

I’ve lived in Tucson since 1980. Afew things have changed in Tucson just like everything else … the onions were chopped & red and the pepperonis were slice, not whole. The fries were perfect along with the ranch… as it always has been! I appreciate some changes and some ” stick to what works”… I did miss a little more cherry in my cherry cider…. but if that’s all I have to complain about then obviously I have nothing to complain about…

The ONLY reason they earned ANY stars, is that the food was good. Drive-thru was closed, and it took over 30 minutes to get our food (order was for 2 adults and 1 child). Will not be back.

Fortunately for us, there are many other food places in Tucson. Unfortunately for you and your business, I’d never come to this eegee’s even if the food were free.

Our catering order was ready at our scheduled pick-up time. Pleasant staff. I stopped by the day before my event to change my order to a party pack instead of a fun pack to go along with my 3′ subs.
