First time visiting Phoenix , and my first time exploring this place. It feels very open, not crowded, with clean communities and an old town area. Driving around is very convenient. The kids wanted sushi, so we found this place.it was pretty good.

Love the food! After asking questions in regard to other reviews things make a lot more sense. Food comes out of “pouches” due to preportioning to ensure consistency every visit. All food is made fresh including their boba pearls and noodles, when asked if there’s anyway to enhance the flavor they will absolutely add anything extra you may want! They have spicy sauces or regular sauces for sushi and bowls. Definitely worth a try and a fresh take on food out of all the other options in the food court ❤️

Skip it for now. Overpriced for the quality. Think frozen microwaved teriyaki bowl. They were crowded but I think they should have told people that there would be a longer wait to get food instead of rushing to get a $12 bowl ready and then it looks like a $6 frozen bowl that you get at a grocery store. I had the teriyaki beef and the rice was soggy and the veggies had no flavor, the beef was tough and the sauce was too watery and was made worse by the amount of water in the rice.

Poke bowl and sushi are great for the price, they really pack the food into the bowls. Service was super nice, lady who took my order had a smile and you could see the workers were doing their jobs but still chatting, laughing and had smiles on their faces. Energy of the people working really helped the slow pace it took to get my food. Wish I would have started at this restaurant.

I was happy to see a new fast, fresh, and healthy dining option open in Scottsdale. I was pleasantly surprised by how high-quality and delicious the food was. Even though it’s a new restaurant, the staff was efficient, the food came out hot, and everything tasted amazing.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl along with the California rolls, and both were very good. The portions were generous, and the price point was excellent for the quality. I will definitely be back, next time I want to try the orange chicken.

We got the teriyaki chicken and the tuna bowls. The portions were good for the price and the food came out really fast once you ordered. The food tastes like any other fast food Japanese grill spots. It’s good, we’d get it again. But MOST IMPORTANTLY the service was immaculate. I have a mushroom allergy, from the woman taking the order to the men making the food they made sure to take that seriously. We watched them bring out clean utensils, they cleaned a separate section of the grill and even when they handed us the food they double triple checked and assured us. I wish I could say all fast food spots are this thorough but it’s unfortunately not in my experience. I wish we got names so we could shout them out, whoever was working Black Friday around 8pm, you rock!
