Edo Tapas is a true hidden gem in Vegas! ✨ It may look like a hole-in-the-wall, but the experience was absolutely amazing. I loved how they accommodated my request to swap meat for fish since the meat wasn’t Halal—so thoughtful! Every bite felt like I was back in Palma enjoying authentic Spanish tapas. A must-visit if you’re in town!
Txangurro 5 traditional blue crab sofrito, oloroso sherry, potato espuma, thick layer of foam on top, super flavorful
Pluma Ibérica 3 compari tomato confit, garlic chips, layered potatoes; pork cooked like a steak, slightly crispy on the outside, slightly dry inside, not juicy, not flavorful
Regarding the service, it’s excellent! Each dish is presented in detail. They cleaned every drop of water that could fall on the table during service. They clean the tables AND THE CHAIRS with good attention. I even saw them adjusting the tables making sure that it’s properly leveled before seating customers. We don’t see that much attention to detail often!
The service was a little too fast for us at the beginning but I asked them to slow down and it was better.
The only improvement I would suggest, is to change the plate between each dish. You keep the same plate during the entire service which is not great because you have remaining from the previous dish and it’s mixing the flavors. I’m sure they would have changed them if I’d asked but it should be automatic.
But the overall experience was great! And there was special attention for my wife’s birthday!
We will come back again!
We all ordered the tasting menu and the dishes just exploded with flavor. Every little bite you experienced a new flavor that just paired so perfectly with the last. Was very difficult to pace yourself when the next course came out as the food was amazing! Service was exceptional.
Seriously, check this place out. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
Cute but tiny spot so be sure to make reservations.
Our Server was Michael, he was informative and friendly.
