At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

We had an excellent experience at this BBQ restaurant. We ordered the BBQ pork ribs and BBQ meat, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ribs were tender, juicy, and full of smoky BBQ flavor, cooked just right so the meat came off the bone easily. The BBQ meat was well-seasoned, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, not dry at all, with that authentic barbecue taste you expect from a good BBQ place.The sides were just as good as the main dishes. The cornbread was warm, soft, and slightly sweet, clearly freshly made. The potato salad was creamy, fresh, and well balanced, and the coleslaw added a nice, refreshing contrast to the rich BBQ flavors. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, not processed or reheated.Overall, the food quality was outstanding. The flavors were rich, the portions were satisfying, and the attention to detail was noticeable. This is definitely a place we would come back to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality BBQ with delicious sides.

I came here for the first time today 2/7/2026. Let me say this, it was worth the drive from Murfreesboro, TN where my hotel is (i drove in from Charlotte, Nc).The smoked wings are probably the best ive had in years. I like heat and it delivered…not just in spice, but also in flavour. The brisket was also good but my portion size could have been bigger for the price. The coleslaw, potatoes salad and baked beans were immaculate. I highly recommend this spot. And it’s pretty family friendly as well. The restrooms were also clean and warm. Music and vibe were also part of the great experience. As you can see from my picture, I left no stone unturned,…or better yet, left no plates unemptied. . Went here for dinner last night and was pleasantly surprised. Being a Texan, BBQ on the road is sometimes questionable but Edley’s delivered a stellar product. The restaurant feels like a typical BBQ house in Texas, great decor, good vibes and sweet smoky smell. I had the 2 meat plate, lean brisket and sausage and both were absolutely on point. The sauce had a good little kick to it making it the perfect compliment to the Smokey meats. The beans were called baked beans, but were more like good pinto beans with a sweet taste, they were very good. The service was good, there are no waitstaff, you order when you walk in, they give you a number and then a runner brings your food, drinks are self serve, so its hard to judge service so i will leave it at good. We will definitely return the next time we are in town

This is mad delayed review but I went here back in September. I was in Nashville for a friend’s birthday weekend. This was our first stop off the plane. 100000% recommend. The staff was top tier made us feel like family right off the back. Gave us suggestions about where to go. We went back again before we left because of how amazing they were. Although months later I had make sure I left a review. Shoutout to Big Al and Buffy!

You place your order at the entrance, pay for the food and tip upfront, and then go inside. Perhaps because of this setup, the food itself wasn’t bad, but I remember the service being underwhelming.
One of the items we ordered was missing, and if we hadn’t pointed it out, it probably would have been overlooked. They said the ingredients had run out, so we had to choose something else.
I wouldn’t recommend the chili. Wendy’s chili is much better. On the other hand, the spicy barbecue sauce is excellent. The overall atmosphere wasn’t bad.

The food was AMAZING, and it arrived so quickly! We got the brisket, smoked sausage and ribs. The sausage was good but next time I’d get a 2nd helping of brisket. The grits were divine! My son loved the mac & cheese. My kids kept raving about the chicken tenders and the ranch. The staff was friendly and very helpful especially Big Al!

Order combination platter, pork and brisket. The brisket was amazing. The pork was above average. The sides were very small for the price of the meal. The Mac and cheese was amazing. The cornbread was amazing if you like jalapenos. We did not care for the baked beans, but were used to a more southern style baked beans. We exchanged the baked beans for Green Beans. The basket of fries is huge, enough for 2 or three people. The only thing we did not care for is, you order your food before being seated and a tip is asked for before any service is provided. They obviously bring your food, but everything else is self service. Your drinks and packing up leftovers is up to you. Staff was very friendly. We would return if we come back to Nashville and just order meat by the pound with a side of fries.

We stopped Edley’s and it was delicious. I ordered the half bird with mac & cheese and green beans, while my fiancé went for the brisket with the same sides. Both plates were absolutely delicious, so good that he didn’t even let me snap a picture before diving in! The mac & cheese was creamy and comforting, the green beans had great flavor, and the meats were cooked perfectly.
On top of the food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Fast service, friendly staff, great food!! Hubby loved the white sauce on the chicken, pulled pork was super tender, and brisket & catfish were amazing!! Sides of mac-n-cheese & turnip greens are a must try!!
