The small place with a big taste. When they say Luv Ya Like A Biscuit they mean it. The food is amazing, excellent prices. Home cooked breakfast at its best. You can also get fried fish ands fried shrimp with anything you order. Their special sauce is a must with this. I ordered the Works Omelette with grits and a cinnamon biscuit. Yum yum yum. This home town favorite is a must for breakfast. Sip on hot fresh coffee while you wait. Edie’s your the best.

Food and service was all so good! Staff was willing to help us us pick items even though we were from out of town and it was busy there and they were patient. Biscuits were amazing, chicken was good, and my wife loved the platter but especially the eggs and grits. Cinnamon biscuit is a must. Totally stop in!

Stanley and crew – thank you. The food was fun and delicious and the crew was awesome. Go here. Clearly a very popular spot for locals meaning it’s good. Loved this breakfast spot. Edies is the place. You have new Seattle fans

Unreal biscuits. Staff is so friendly and nice. Grits were good, and the price for amount of food is unbeatable. Just know they are super busy and the parking lot is tiny, but it’s well worth the wait.

I LOVE IT HERE !! The food came out the second I put my butt in the seat (1min max) . On top of that , it was hot and DELICIOUS. These biscuits were so good , the best biscuits I’ve ever had .❤️& the bacon ????? 10/10. I’ll be back. The people were so kind , the guy in the back spoke to me and told me goodmorning ! Sweet guy !!! Praying the Lord always provides a way for them to stay in business .

This is a cool Southern breakfast spot. Reminded me of a New Orleans hole in the wall. The only mistake I made, was thinking I could find healthy food at biscuit joint! Very tasty food, but not much good for you…just good for the soul! I really wish the café had real cups & silverware. I especially don’t like drinking hot coffee in styrofoam. I really loved the price!

I’ve lived here for 6 years now and have wanted to try Edie’s since I moved. It was definitely worth the wait. I didn’t realize the seating and line would be like it was. My only complaint was how close ppls butts were to my food. I couldn’t help but to think about someone passing gas while in the line right by my food. I know that’s random- and it didn’t happen- but it was TIGHT in that space.
The service was great- she was able to answer all my questions- and was VERY patient even though these was a loooooong line. (I’m not one of those customers that just had a list of questions but it was my first time and I wanted to be sure I would enjoy what I ordered)
That being said- the food was probably one of the better breakfasts I’ve had in a while.
We had the Edie’s breakfast and from best to worst I would rank our plates
1. Cinnamon biscuit
2. Grits (best breakfast grits I’ve EVER had in a restaurant and I didn’t even add cheese like I normally do)
3. Bacon
4. Blueberry biscuit
5. Catfish
6. Eggs
If there was a biscuit competition in the area- I believe they would probably be Top 3!!! It was so soft fluffy and held together so well. It’s was almost perfection in a biscuit!

Okay so the reviews aren’t lying. These biscuits are earth shattering. This place is like 6 or 7 stars. Love the vibe, nice friendly staff, lots of locals, and the food was crazy good. Among my absolute elite breakfast experiences. Louisiana doesn’t mess around with their biscuits apparently. I should’ve assumed, but wow really this was great.

We stopped here while on vacation and couldn’t wait to come back. Their blueberry biscuits are amazing! Everything we had was delicious. Large portions for cheap prices. The only negative was finding out they are closed on the weekends.

I was in town for work and this place was within walking distance of my hotel. I ordered the works omelet with smothered potatoes and it also came with a biscuit. It was delicious! The omelet was tender and perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. The biscuit was so flavorful and fell apart it was so tender. It was a busy place and the staff was fast, efficient and very friendly. With the price of eggs being what they are right now I was surprised at how affordable this place was. I will be returning while I am here!
