Edible Art Bakery & Dessert Cafe was a dream to work with for our wedding desserts. They were kind and professional throughout the entire process, making the experience of choosing flavors so easy. The cupcakes and cake we ordered from them were absolute perfection – the flavors were delectable and they looked so wonderful! They simplified the process from tasting to speaking with a representative to make sure we covered everything and thought through the flavor profiles. We were thrilled with the quality and value of their work, and our guests raved about how amazing the desserts were. Edible Art Bakery exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them for any couple’s wedding day.

We used Edible Art for a custom wedding dessert bar and Mindy & Erin knocked it out of the park!!! They were so incredibly helpful with the vision I wanted and helped coordinate specific desserts that would go well together and helped determine how many dessert platters and tiers we would need. They assembled everything together at the venue for us and it was just perfect, and of course delicious. We’re so happy with everything and I can’t wait to use them for another event again!

Stumbled upon this gem while waiting for a movie to start, and I’m so glad we did! We were immediately greeted by a friendly woman who took our order and checked us out — great first impression.

There was another staff member in the store who saw us but didn’t acknowledge us at all — no smile or greeting, just turned her back and focused on another task. It was a little off-putting, but thankfully didn’t overshadow the overall experience.

The variety of cupcakes was impressive, and they were absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated that they offered gluten-free options — a big plus for those of us with dietary restrictions!

I visited Edible Art Bakery in Raleigh and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is calm and cozy — perfect for relaxing with a coffee or dessert. I tried a cupcake; the cake was delicious and fluffy, though the frosting was a bit too sweet for my taste. The caramel latte was excellent — creamy and full of flavor. The service was very good, friendly, and attentive. I’d definitely come back.

Bought a 10″ GF lemon pound cake with lemon butter cream filling, for our special event. It was perfect. The decorator followed the specific colors and designs exactly. The cake was delicious as well. Great overall experience!

My husband and I are big foodies, so we did a TON of research and taste testings for the perfect dessert vendor for our wedding. After tasting probably 10 different local bakeries, Edible Art was the very clear winner. Edible Art has really fun, customizable flavors, and unlike many of the bakeries we tried, their cakes/cupcakes were moist, and they weren’t overbearingly sweet. We chose the vanilla, triple chocolate, apple pie, and tiramisu cupcakes for our wedding as well as several mini apple pies, and even though we way over-ordered on desserts, we left our wedding with only 4 cupcakes left. Everyone loved the desserts and had great things to say. We definitely recommend Edible Art!

We had a personal wedding cake and 4 dozen cupcakes for guests at our wedding from Edible Art Bakery! We wanted a simple vintage style heart shaped cake with pastel blue writing – and they nailed the vision! Our cupcakes were pastel frosted to match our overall pastel spring wedding colors and they did a great job with those too. They were responsive via email and punctual the day of our event. After doing the tasting with them, we decided on doing a chocolate cake with strawberry mousse (SO good and creamy; I could eat a whole jar of it). Their cakes are dense and more of a dry-ish pound cake consistency, which we liked but good to know going into it that is their style. The only slight disappointment on the wedding day was the thin layer of mousse that was masked by the thick cake, to the point where we weren’t even sure it was strawberry. More layers or a thicker layer would be my only critique! Thank y’all for making our special cake – we are excited to take out the slice of it from our freezer in a year 😉

I have ordered multiple cakes/cupcake orders from Edible Art over the years. I have never had a negative experience with the food, the design, or the staff. They’re so friendly and listen to what you really want. We always do allergen free cupcakes for our daughter’s birthday party, and even their gluten free pound cake is moist and delicious! My favorite design, however, was our wedding cake. If you’re looking for an experience where they take the time to really listen to your vision, this is the place for you! Our wedding cake actually made it into Midtown Magazine and is on the Edible Art business flyer!

Never again! The cake was cute, but it was super dry and not edible! What a waste of $265! I walked in as soon as the store door was unlocked and two women walked in after me. An older woman came out the back and passed me to offer help to the women who came in after me. Not surprised that she messed up their order and revealed a cake that enraged them. I had to listen to shouts of “that’s not what I wanted” as I was finally helped by a nice younger woman whose kindness was the best part of my experience. This place is overcharging for sweet cornbread covered in fondant. Do good bakeries even exist anymore?
