This was our first time at Eddie V’s after family recommended the food! We were blown away! Our bartender, Brittany, was wonderful and shared great suggestions! We ordered off the Happy Hour menu (sliders, oysters) and then crab fried rice (divine!) and bananas fosters for dessert. Yum!!! I also had a wonderful margarita and espresso martini! We will definitely come back for another special occasion! Thank you for the fantastic service! ️

If you want a good steak and great service go ahead and make the reservation! Husband and I came for our anniversary and I was very clear I do not want a loud DJ, hookah or fireworks. I want a good steak! Corey our server was phenomenal! The hostess could’ve been more friendly and if there is a wait for your table expect to stand. Besides that 10/10 recommend. I had the steak and lobster, hubby ordered the sea bass and crab fried rice. Eddie Vs maybe our new Anniversary tradition.

I visit both Houston locations on every birthday and Valentines Day. Eddie V’s NEVER disappoints! Never! I must say when it comes to customer service and appreciation, Eddie V’s supersedes most others! My friend was visiting Houston for her birthday and I had to take her to Eddie’s. I celebrated my husband’s birthday on Dec 4, my birthday on Jan 4, and have a reservation for Feb 14th! The hostesses, waiter and manager at this location yesterday (1/8) were SO SUPER AMAZING! When we walked in the hostesses made my friend feel special! The energy started with them! If you are looking at reviews to find a place to celebrate, look no further!! They are consistent too! The food is top notch and the drinks are delicious!!! My friend never had Lobster Bisque before and of course Eddie’s did not disappoint!!

My visit to Eddie V’s Prime Seafood was outstanding from start to finish. The warm house bread and butter were a perfect beginning, followed by delicious crab cakes packed with flavor. The Caesar salad was crisp and well-balanced, setting up the main course beautifully.
The Prime filet mignon was tender and expertly cooked, and the crab-stuffed shrimp added a rich, coastal touch. Both sides—the creamy Au Gratin potatoes and the standout lobster fried rice—were exceptional.
What truly elevated the evening was the service. My server, Sib, was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making the entire experience even better.
Overall, Eddie V’s delivered exceptional food and service. I look forward to returning—and asking for Sib again.

Last night we had the pleasure of being served by Michelle at Eddie V’s. There for a 40th Birthday celebration and they did not disappoint. I would give 10 stars if possible! Michelle made sure we were taken care of and recommended amazing drinks to go with food selections.
I ordered the lamb chops medium well and they were absolutely delicious! The BEST I’ve ever had! My date ordered crab stuffed shrimp and it was quite delicious as well. The crab cakes are a MUST for an appetizer!!!! And please order the Airplane cocktail! If you’re looking for an upscale restaurant with a great ambience, great customer service and food that will keep you going back! Visit Eddie V’s!!!

This was our first time at this Eddie V’s location For Thanksgiving dinner. We had 4side and 3 different salads 3 appetizers.
I was the only one who actually ate the Thanksgiving special and like a good wife, I offered my husband some and he couldn’t stop talking about it. Everything was fantastic and this is a place everyone can enjoy. Sorry I didn’t take more photos, I was too excited to see my in laws from South Carolina.

The Old Fashioned at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood was one of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced, smooth, and full of flavor. The crab cake was absolutely spectacular, fresh and beautifully prepared. The ambiance made the whole experience even more special. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

Yesterday around 5:00 PM, I arrived at Eddie V’s with my service dog. It was during happy hour and the restaurant was not busy, there were many empty tables. However, the staff kept me waiting at the entrance for a long time and only told me to “wait,” and even asked me if I was celebrating something. I explained that I had originally planned to come here for my birthday, but ended up going to a Rockets game instead, so plan changed. Since we were nearby today, we decided to come over.
After waiting for about ten minutes, the host finally took us to a table outside the restaurant, placing us in a bare, uncovered outdoor area. I was so confused why. We requested to sit indoor.
When we returned inside, another male staff member approached us, looks like a manager. He did not identify himself and did not ask any questions. He immediately told us that because they have an open kitchen (although we did not see any kitchen from where we stood), service animals are not allowed inside, even if it is a service dog. I was SHOCKED literally.
I felt DEEPLY UPSET and disappointed. I did not want the incident to ruin what was supposed to be a pleasant dining experience, and I was also relieved that I did not come here earlier for my birthday!
At that moment, I felt extremely uncomfortable — being confronted by three staff members in such a dim, suffocating, and oppressive environment made me feel like I could barely breathe. I felt so distressed that after saying “No, thank you” to the male staff member, I quickly left the restaurant with my service dog just to calm my breathing.
Let me be clear: it wasn’t just you refusing a person with a disability — it was a clear demonstration that you are fundamentally unfit and unworthy to serve the public at all. What happened is a serious violation of ADA regulations, and Eddie V’s should feel ashamed.
I have never experienced such mistreatment and discrimination, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we did.

We had such a great experience at Eddie V’s! Our waitress did an amazing job. She was super attentive and friendly. The drinks were excellent, and the food was really good too. We were there for a birthday and loved the little touches, like the happy birthday confetti on the table. We had fun sticking it to our glasses. The environment was fancy but still comfortable, which made the whole night feel special. Definitely a memorable evening!
