Shoutout to Madison at Eddie V’s 10/10 experience last night! From the moment we sat down, she was amazing. The lemon drops she made were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had perfectly balanced and smooth. We ordered steaks, crab fried rice, and appetizers, and everything was absolutely delicious.
Not only was Madison fantastic, but Ashely and the entire team was exceptional. Every server who brought out food was warm, professional, and attentive. The service felt elevated without being stuffy just genuine, top-tier hospitality.
If you’re going to Eddie V’s, ask for Madison or Ashely. Incredible drinks, outstanding service, and an overall unforgettable experience!

I celebrated my birthday here tonight, as it is my favorite restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Everything was perfect for my celebration. Daniel was one of the best servers I have ever had. He was personable and a down to earth guy. His service was impeccable and I highly recommend asking for him to make your experience special. The food was excellent as always and the drinks were great. I also want to say a special thank you to Alev, the General Manager for always being so hospitable and kind when we visit. He is great at what he does and the food, staff and restaurant are a direct reflection of that. We all can’t wait to return. It will be soon.

We were served by Juliana, young lady from Brazil who was amazing and made the evening memorable. The manager Alev was also amazing and very funny. Both were attentive and their familiarity and knowledge of with the menu was impeccable. We were beyond impressed.
Every part of the experience was amazing. I look forward to visiting again to not just celebrate a birthday but just to celebrate life.

We went to Eddie V’s Prime in Las Olasas a walk in, and honestly, the atmosphere and service were top-notch. The place has that classy, but comfortable vibe and perfect for a date night or a nice evening out. We ordered the lobster tacos, filet mignon Oscar style (with lump crab), lamb chops, and truffle mac and cheese. The lobster tacos were definitely the highlight (super flavorful and perfectly cooked). The rest of the meal, though, felt a bit underwhelming. Maybe it was just an off night, or maybe we weren’t feeling our best that evening, but it didn’t quite hit the mark like we expected. Still, with how great the service and ambiance were, I think we’ll give it another shot. It definitely has potential to be one of those spots that wins you over on the second visit.

I had a fantastic experience here! The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. They also offer plenty of gluten-free options, which was a big plus. Lori and Taylor, our servers, were both wonderful—attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes, and my wife loved the warm goat cheese salad. Overall, we’d highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

I came here for my Birthday with my Best Friend. The service was superb. The Golden Hour Drink was amazing. I order the Lamb Chops and they were butter tender. Cooked to perfection. The crab rice was just perfect, with the chops. We also ordered the Mac and cheese it great as well. The portions were huge and true shareable.

An early Sunday dinner turned out to be a great experience. Our server Robyn was amazing and made us feel like we had hit the jackpot for choosing Eddie V’s. She was right. She was open to our questions as well as offering recommendations and even accommodating us when we preferred to eat inside as we didn’t know there would be live music (jazz style). We enjoyed her cocktail recommendation as well and dessert (banana foster butter cake) was top tier. We will be coming back!

We came here with our friends ~ this restaurant was their choice of a place to celebrate a birthday. They made a reservation by phone in advance and our table was waiting for us when we arrived. It was April 15th, Tuesday evening & restaurant looked moderately busy.
Our server was kind and polite, but we were waiting for our drinks little longer than usual ~ looked like he was busy attending other tables.
We were waiting for our food too ~ main course took little longer than usual & I cannot really find any reasonable excuse for that ~ because restaurant was not very busy at that time. I know that fine dining restaurants do have a longer wait time between appetizers and main dish, but this wasn’t that.
My Crab Cake was delicious & others enjoyed their food too!
We were in a good mood, music wasn’t too loud & we enjoyed our evening.
I recommend visiting this restaurant
& I am looking forward to re-visit it because I was expecting exceptional experience based on recommendations and reviews.

Danielle (hope that’s spelled correctly) made my birthday dinner one of the best. From her suggestions to even having them remake one of my side items to my preference (truffle mac no breadcrumbs. Made me feel like a true gentleman. Smoked Bourbon was great. I also had the 22oz ribeye bone-in steak cooked to perfection. Dessert was great with me trying this pecan ice cream with a roasted plantain & I forget the other item but it was all great. I wish I could’ve left the review on the email sent but hopefully she knows how much I appreciate her. 11/7 Thank you to the staff as well for the experience. Will definitely be back
