The woman has a hard time understanding English, but was nice to me. Just order by number and you’ll be ok, special requests may be difficult to communicate.
The cooked/fried food is average kinda good actually, but…so salty. Sad because I can taste some nice flavors in there.
Now the uncooked. I watched the woman make my Kani salad at the little sushi counter, and oh boy. After mixing the crab and cucumber in an ungodly amount of mayo in a container, a bit fell on the counter, and she picked it up with her bare fingers and put it in the to-go container Right after she touched cash and the phone. Like idk what else was on that counter surface beforehand either. I didn’t eat it and it looked awful anyway. Only $4 lost, but I seriously question the hygiene here.

Many of the bad reviews are about the service. I had no problems with the service but the food was horrible. No taste and small portions. I will never order here again.

The food is good. Depending on the chef you get. So it can be a hit or miss. I’ve had food delivered from there. One day it was good. Had it delivered a few days later. And we were very dissatisfied. This is an update. 1/21/20 Heard this place almost got closed for food contamination. Know All those times the plate tasted different. Now I know why. Food contamination, and I’ve seen mice running across the floor. Just recently. Never going back… Ever…..

We love Ed Youngs. It’s our go to. The woman up front doesn’t speak very good English and I guess some people interpret that as being rude but honestly she tries her best. She’s very nice. The owner (I believe) is also very friendly and the food is delicious.

Honestly this place has good food but terrible service. They are incompetent and have no clue what customer service. Today me and another coworker decided to get Chinese from this place so we ordered. So other people from the same office ordered and they put everything on one bill not only that but they forgot food that was on the bill and did not wanna take the $7 less for the missing lunch. The delivery man was so rude. They had to take the food back not because the food isnt good but because they have no idea how to run a business. Will never order from this place. STAY AWAY

Maybe it’s because I’ve been going here since I was a little kid, but this is good Chinese Food. Way better then most of the run down places that saturate Long Island. The Sushi is made by Mr. Yang, and is way better then most for the price! That is mostly why I go here.

The counter Lady (Asian woman) is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t greet the customers except for a selected few- I thought I was the only one she was rude to! Obviously, not. I just ignored her and pretended I didn’t notice or understood her unpleasant attitude toward me. But as far The food is concerned. It is okay, very salty and not the greatest.
