A couple of weeks ago we ordered “Bandera” to go. It had ceviche, sango, rice, plantains and encocado. I was blown away by how good it was. Authentic ecuadorian food. La sazón perfecta. You know when you order takeout it does not taste that good. This was sublime. I am ecuadorian, so very biased, but I think ecuadorian is one of the beat cuisines. Better than peruvian which is so famous nowadays. Highly recommend this place.

Delicious! This is the most authentic Ecuadorian food I’ve had and the portions are generous. The seating is simple and within the gas station parking lot but it’s comfortable which is more than what I’ve experienced at other food trucks, so kudos to the owners for catering to their customers.

Amazing food and AMAZING QUALITY! We ordered the encebollado de pescado (fish soup) and I think I ordered the Seco De Pollo (chicken in a red sauce with rice) with a couple empanadas. The service is friendly and although I don’t speak a lick of Spanish he was helpful with helping us to pick something out. The fish soup was so good, so much flavor and it was super filling! The chicken dish was quarter of a whole chicken and the sauce tasted like it was slow cooked because it was super robust and flavorful. You have to get some of the green hot sauce they make, we say to eat so there was some at the table and it was really spicy but also SO GOOD and you have to try it with you food to get the full experience. The empanadas were to die for, they had gooey cheese inside and with the sugar on top it was a good treat at the end, although I ate them first because they were really good fresh from the fryer. I will be coming back during the week instead of the weekend to try different dishes. Clearly everything is fresh and well made!

First time trying Ecuadorian food and I must say it was excellent. The chicken was moist and super tender and the beans were super flavor. The owner was super nice and friendly as well! 10/10 will definitely revisit again.
