my family is SO picky about mexican food especially because my parents were born in mexico but Ecos de México is a great spot for authentic Mexican food in Colorado. The flavors are fresh, bold, and taste homemade. Portions are amazing, prices are fair, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Definitely a must-try if you’re craving real Mexican food!

Where has this place been my entire time in Colorado?? The food is exceptional, the portion sizes leave ample leftovers for lunch the next day, the prices are reasonable, and the service is high quality. They are usually at Odd 13 brewery in Lafayette on Wednesdays, and I hope it doesn’t change any time soon. The nachos are mountainous and the quesadillas are the cheesiest happiness loaded with meat and asadero.

Claudia and Sergio have curated an incredibly unique menu and flavor that is unlike anywhere in the metro area. I highly recommend the chicken tinga, carnitas, and chile relleno tacos!! They also crush lunch next to bear creek high school and are awesome people! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
