She did bring my salad to me. 10 min later, (now have been waiting 50 min for food) our main food came. Mine, cold. It was terrible. The “marinara sauce” was noting but cold crushed tomatoes.
I’ve been to other Eat Park Restaurants and have ordered the Chicken Parm. This was nothing like I’ve had elsewhere.
I just can’t like this restaurant. My husband and I stopped coming here years ago. If we do go to an Eat n Park, it’s because we are driving back from somewhere and we don’t fully know area and we see an Eat n Park sign. Anymore the food is like reheated in microwave food. Just not worth the price for the poor quality.
The server later said thanks for being patient, and she wasn’t trying to be bitchy, her words. I understand people have a bad day but don’t you dare ever talk to a customer like that. The ONLY reason why I did not tell her off on the spot, my 3 or old grandson who was sitting next to me. I, don’t know who she thought she was talking to, but that, is not way to speak to me or anyone else.
Sorry but I can go to many other places and get way better food for the amount of money spent here. This place is so not worth it.
Things took a turn for the worse when the food arrived. I’m not one to nitpick every detail at a diner on a Saturday; I get that it’s busy. But there are some shortcuts that aren’t worth taking. Home fries were cold and noticeably old. If I had to guess, they were cooked hours ago and aren’t even being hot-held. Toast was drenched in liquid imitation butter. Waffle was extremely dense, as though the batter was made improperly or days a go in a large batch. I’m just pointing out the lowlights but there were other problems.
All told, I’m glad I checked it out and I had a nice time. But i probably will go elsewhere for breakfast in the future.
