I personally felt this place was quite expensive for what you get, especially for someone with an average budget. We paid around $40 and change for just two slices of pizza, which felt overpriced for the portion and overall quality. Unfortunately, the taste was below average and didn’t really justify the cost.

The restaurant operates with a self-service setup, which is fine, but when prices are this high, you naturally expect a bit more in terms of food quality and overall value. The ambience itself is nice and modern, and the place looks appealing at first. However, it was very noisy inside, which made it less comfortable for actually sitting down and enjoying the meal.

This experience also made me feel that dining directly on the Las Vegas Strip may not be the best option if you’re looking for good value and flavorful food. You end up paying premium prices mostly for the location rather than the taste. If you go a little off the Strip, you can easily find much better food that is more reasonably priced and more satisfying.

Overall, decent ambience but expensive for average food. I’d recommend exploring options outside the Strip for better taste and value.

This spot is so conveniently located in Park MGM.
We went there numerous times during our stay so we got to try a bunch of different foods.
It was the fried pizza. That dough was amazing!
The salads were pretty good, but each salad we got was heavily dressed. We recommend getting the dressing on the side or else it’s gonna be too much.
Good variety of cocktails and wine. Each place is priced differently so definitely check before going. Nice little coffee shop with some pastries to enjoy each warning.
Everyone is friendly. It was easy to find seating. You get a buzzer when your food is ready. So you can order and go sit anywhere you’d like.

We stopped in La Pizza La Pasta for a bite and ordered a wood-fired, handmade pizza. The atmosphere was pleasant, and our server was warm and authentic. We ordered the arancini and the spec pizza. Unfortunately, both dishes arrived at our table cold. It was disappointing, as the flavors were very good.

Eataly Las Vegas is such a fun place to hang out. It feels like an Italian food hall in the best way, with tons of different stations, snacks, wines, and little spots to explore. There are plenty of tables both inside and outside, so it’s easy to grab a drink and stay awhile.
We ordered the Grandissimo charcuterie board and it was fantastic. The prosciutto was buttery and perfectly sliced, and the cheeses were rich, flavorful, and paired so well with the housemade bread. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality, exactly what you hope for at Eataly.
The wine selection is great too, and the cocktails are fun and easy to sip while wandering around. Overall it’s the perfect stop for a casual bite, a drink with friends, or just soaking in a little Italian market energy right on the Strip.

We stayed at Park MGM for New Year’s and ended up dining at Eataly multiple times throughout our stay. The convenience of having it in the hotel made it an easy choice and the pricing was fairly affordable for Vegas standards.

We tried food at the bar, ate at the restaurant, and grabbed coffee at Lavazza. The standouts were definitely the pastries at Lavazza and the pizza. The pastries were fresh and had great flavor, while the pizza had a good crust and quality toppings.

Having multiple dining options under one roof was convenient and the food quality was consistent across our visits. Good option if you’re staying at Park MGM and don’t want to venture too far for a decent meal!

We were in Las Vegas with our kids. We had previously been to Eataly and enjoyed the concept. It is a large open space with lots of different booths with different Italian options.
We figured the kids would enjoy seeing everything and the food. We ordered from 3 different places. I figured we would get a charcuterie board as an appetizer, some drinks from another place and from the final place a salad and a pasta dish as our entrees. The charcuterie board, the Grandissimo was ordered first, then the wine and then the pasta and salad. I was told that the charcuterie board would be ready in about 15 minutes. Our entrees were ready in about 20 while we were still waiting for the charcuterie board. I figured we would just start the entrees and get the charcuterie board soon. 15 minutes later, with the entrees almost finished, still nothing. I decided to go check and see what was up. I had to wait in line another 10 minutes for someone to even help me. I was then told that mine was still not ready. I waited even longer now. I asked again 10 minutes later and they were not happy to help me. Someone finally made mine as I watched. To wait almost an hour for a charcuterie board when I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes was not acceptable. The food was good but with the hassle was not worth it.

Eataly – An italian restaurant on main street of LAS VEGAS. This place have wonderful atmosphere, they serve best coffee on street as they brew it freshly. Large selection of Desserts.

They have in house pizza making which taste delicious .

But this place is little bit over price as compare to food they serve.

Note:
If you are in street and want some coffee they have best coffee and for food you can skip this place as on street there is lots of food option available with much lesser price.

I just adore Eataly. So many things I want to try, so many things I want to buy. It’s an exploration of Italian greatness. If you’re on the Vegas strip and hungry but just want a quick light bite, this is your place. The pizza is amazing. Fresh. Delicious. Fast! Don’t buy some random slice on the strip, sit down, relax and share a pie here. Way better flavor and experience!
