• Fried Rice: Very, very good—perfectly cooked with great flavor.
• Pad Thai (Vegan with Tofu & Veggies): Absolutely delicious! Fresh, well-balanced and full of flavor.
The staff was friendly and the service was excellent.
Overall, a satisfying experience with food that truly hit the spot.

Small venue. My wife and I travel for work etc., this place has to be the top of our list in the Midwest for Thai food. Nothing says this better than a garden of essentials as one walks from the parking area around to the front entry. They can bring the heat, yet flavor in every bite all the way to the last bite.

I have been waiting for authentic Thai to come to Bismarck, and it is HERE!

(I ordered carry-out, but I’m sure the dine in atmosphere is phenomenal)
I got the pad Thai, spice level 3; portion is well above average, protein is fresh and abundant, an NO CILANTRO!
The pics on their website are legit; my diced green onions were clearly chopped fresh in house and provided much more enjoyment than diced shallots at any corporate spot.
Up next for me is the green curry; I will absolutely update this post with how awesome I can guarantee that dish (and every other dish)is!

One of the best restaurants in a small town! Absolutely love this place. People are so warm and welcoming. They always greet with smile. Just a small conversation starter leads to a never ending conversation which is absolutely beautiful. Mike(manger) and his wife are awesome people. Food tastes delicious!. I ordered classic chicken fried rice. They use fresh ingredients and you could actually taste the difference.

Best thai food I’ve ever had. The pork jerky had me smiling and the curry and fried rice wonderful too. I eat a lot and had 2 portions for under $30. I’ll say the Thai iced tea was middle of the road but the food really impressed me. The fried rice is hot (on a scale of 1-5 I believe, we had a 2) my wife and I can handle moderate spice and both thought 2 was good or even hot. The curry I had was fine at a 2 and felt perfect in spice to me. Everything was flavorful.
I’ve been to about 14 places in Bismarck and didn’t think I was missing out on food until I came here. Staff was friendly and helpful (explained the scale well, food came out in a reasonable time frame even though they were busy). Will come back again.

Everything about this place is top tier. I am here for a work trip and within the first day was recommended EAT Thai by three locals. I had some curry that was some of the best I’ve had and it was easy to order and quick to come out. I would definitely return to this place.

The atmosphere is nice a little small during the warmer months. They have a beautiful garden. The food is absolutely amazing although I was very disappointed last time I got the green curry, and there were several black hairs in my curry.

Ordered Pad Thai, classic fried rice (both with chicken) and Thai milk boba to go. Everything tasted amazing, authentic, and unique. Definitely has that homemade touch to it that makes it great. The eating environment itself was beautiful and clean and the staff were extremely friendly, social and quick to offer anything we needed.

I love Eat Thai! They have the best Pad Thai I’ve ever had . Perfectly balanced and full of flavor every time.
They’re also very accommodating with gluten-free needs, which I truly appreciate. It’s such a relief to find a place that takes dietary restrictions seriously while still serving amazing food.

EAT Thai is a favorite restaurant of mine and many others in town! I like to order the Classic Thai Fried Rice with chicken (spice level 0). I do appreciate that you can choose your preferred spice level! I also wanted to order the Rosella tea and the staff member who helped with my order gave me a sample to see if I would like it. I then ordered it with some coconut milk and it was delicious! Wonderful food and a great atmosphere.
