It’s an underrated gem inside a grocery store.
They have amazing rice preparations like coconut rice, lemon rice, tamarind rice etc in addition to the delicious curries.

You must as fir a commentary cup of tea if you order anything. Their chai is really good and like a tapri or homestyle chai.
You can find a decent indian mess style meal here and moreover they allow bulk quantity for individual item as well for the sizes available in Togo boxes.

I’ve have had a lot of meals from here and visitingfrom the day I came to Sunnyvale, you can pick multiple items from there rotating menu

Stopped by here for a quick dinner on a weekday. This place is located inside Karthikeya Supermarket. The menu looked promising and the prices were great ($8 for papdi chaat, $11 for paneer biryani), but unfortunately the food didn’t live up to expectations.

The papdi chaat was mostly yogurt and sev, with barely any papdi or chutney flavor, kind of just felt like a crunchy yogurt bowl. The paneer biryani took about 20 minutes to come out. I wouldn’t really call it a biryani, it’s more like mixed rice with some extremely overcooked paneer tossed in. The paneer was difficult to chew. The flavor was just okay.

The place is clean, staff is friendly, and there’s plenty of seating and parking. But based on this visit, I wouldn’t come back.

This review is for non veg combo. They give Generous quantity and quality is also great. 4/5 for taste. The price is just $9.99+tax. I fot shrimps and chettinadu chicken which came with 2 chapathis and veggy pulao. Free complimentary chai. I would be going there again.

I used to enjoy the food here, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Over the past few weeks, the quality has drastically declined. I’ve noticed fungus on their sweets and pastries, which is unacceptable. Additionally, both the 555 and regular gobi biryani contained spoiled cauliflower.

I’ve called several times to report these issues, and while they offered refunds, they have not addressed the underlying problem. It’s disheartening to see them continue to serve unhealthy and unhygienic food.

Unfortunately, my family and I have started experiencing allergies and stomach issues after eating here. We don’t have these problems with other restaurants, so it’s clear something is wrong. I’m taking this seriously and will be filing a complaint with the Health Department.

I really hope they can turn things around, but for now, I can’t recommend this place.

I ordered ulavacharu paneer biriyani. Service was extremely slow. And once I got the food, there was almost no ulavacharu in it. It was just some rice mixed with biryani masala fully. And the paneer was hard and chewy.
