I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while because it’s close to my job. By fair the best shrimp pesto. I came when they were close to closing which is my bad I go to lunch around that hour. The cashier was very friendly and made the food promptly! I enjoyed it! I would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

I use to enjoy this place and was a weekly customer but the last 2 times I purchased the ground turkey I got food poisoned both times and had them weeks apart. A few months passed and I decided to get the chicken and they gave me extremely rubbery frozen pieces of chicken. I remember the chicken being fresh. The last time I ordered from here was August 1. I apologize for the late review. I have submitted these reviews on DoorDash each time but no one can read those so that is why I decided to leave this one today. Not sure why owner is claiming my review is fake. My last 3 experiences here were not good and that is my truth.

Small portion and under weight food for pickup.
I used the app to order the weekly portion online and I had an impression that the food portion was supposed to be decent and I will not be disappointed.
However, when I went to pick up my 75 dollars food order and noticed that the “weekly portion ” was only five small boxes, not the dinner or lunch sized boxes, maybe only for breakfast; the total weight in the bag was very light, so I realized that something was wrong immediately.
After I went home and looked into the food: the container was thin and small, the spinach was raw and only a few pieces; the green beans and red potatoes were coming from frozen foods, they didn’t have any fresh taste and texture; the “whole wheat pasta ” was not even whole wheat colored, but multiple colored and over cooked, no texture and tasteless; the salmon was a very small piece, extremely under weight and tough; the shrimps were very tiny and came from frozen food; the turkey meatballs were cheapest, but they took two portions out of five for them to save money; those turkey meatballs were from whole sells, not home made and taste plain;…after all, I think that for the 15 dollars per box, which supposed to be dinner sized plate, you only get 30 % of the poor quality and bad tasting foods.
Plus, the flavor and texture of the food, are not fresh and tasty, many of the ingredients were coming from frozen foods.
I am paying for regular food, not trying to cut my portion and lose weight here, so I am very disappointed since I was very over charged for those very bad taste and quality food.
Plus, as customers, we have to be careful not to be fooled and misguided by some well-done and deceiving web pages and advertising online; wait until you order the real food and taste the real food, since they can be very disappointing when you pay off online with all the trust and hope.

So like most people I gained weight during quarantine, I needed a healthy option for when I’m in a rush and hungry. Insert easyfit meals. You can order online, they also have an app, and my favorite part is you can order hot and ready to eat or in a reheatable containers. They deliver or they have a storefront where you can pick up in person.
The food itself is really tasty and has flavor, not your typical diet food. The only thing I wish was that they’d have a caloric break down, after all I’m ordering meal prep for a reason. Aside from that, I really enjoyed the food and the options they have.

Went in this morning met the owner, very friendly and courteous individual. My wife had the turkey balls, brown rice, and asparagus. I had the tri-tip jasmine rice and the green beans everything was cooked perfectly. Everything was wonderful. Couldn’t stop eating. Thank you very much. We will be back.

I recently tried the caveman bowl and it was delicious! I inquired about the meal prep service and ended up getting a bulk meal of their premium bulk speak package of 10. I selected tri tip, salmon, chicken, and turkey meatballs and they were the best I have ever tried! Going to become a regular customer sicne I have tried many meal prep companies but they taste bland and generic.
