Easy Slider is back with a brand-new home on East Side Avenue, just off the Santa Fe Trail! Our new 30-seat spot is a laid-back neighborhood burger bar—perfect for locals looking for great food and good vibes. We’ve brought back your favorite sliders (hello, Sweet & Lowdown) and added craveable new menu items like crispy chicken tenders and our first-ever full-size smash burger. The cocktail list is stacked with martinis and more—plus a killer happy hour Wednesday through Friday with $6 grilled cheese, $8 Big Smash burgers, and drink specials. Come see why D Magazine calls us “the chillest little burger bar in Old East Dallas.” Kitchen closes at 9, but the bar is open til 10pm.

Every ingredient, every serving, and every drink is fashioned with a passion unmatched by most artisan burger bars. We stopped by here last weekend but had to come back because it was truly that good. The service is friendly and fast; your requests are summoned like lightning from the kitchen gods. The loaded tots are generously filling. The sliders are made meticulously with an intention to craft the most flavorful fireworks to your tastebuds. I am drooling merely recalling my experience while writing this review. You must cross Easy Sliders off your list before you shuffle off this mortal coil.

Such a find! I first discovered the food truck! Easy Slider in Deep Ellum is one of those places that just gets it right. The location is perfect with plenty of parking options nearby, and it’s surrounded by other great local merchants, which makes it easy to turn a meal into a full neighborhood experience. The food is consistently delicious and a great value with creative options like a slider of the month that keep things exciting and give you reason to come back again and again. There always seems to be a pop-up which adds to the fun, laid-back energy of the place. The service is welcoming, warm, and genuinely friendly making you feel like a regular on your first visit. Easy Slide truly delivers quality food and captures a vibe authentic to Deep Ellum.

My partner and I came in for a lunch date and left with bellies full and a buzz. We started with a Hot Toddy (perfect for the upcoming snow storm) and the Vacation on Neptune (beautiful as always) then we had a small loaded tots with Easy’s house made ranch (ideal comfort food!!!!) – But the winner for me was The Big Smash and their Wedge Salad. Holy shit.
The Big Smash was a smashed beef patty with cheese, caramelized grilled onions, thick pickles and mustard on a toasted and loaded sesame seed bun. The cheese was melted and gooey, the patty’s had the a perfect crisp and the BUN is what dreams are made of. The burger wasn’t soggy like most smash burgers I’ve tried and is now my favorite burger I’ve ever had.
Then the wedge salad takes me right back to the small local restaurants I used to frequent growing up. It has bacon bits, cherry tomatoes and is covered in Easy’s house made ranch. (This easily became a staple every time I come in.)
Please try these two both and then ask Victor or Blake for their recommendations on drinks. You won’t regret it.

Their menu is always prepared with high-quality ingredients and the flavors are incredible. Great spot for good eats and drinks. Service is genuinely friendly from all their bartenders. Atmosphere is nice while being laid back. As a bonus, ADA friendly. Recently took my grandma for lunch (usually come at night) and it was a huge hit.

Found Easy Slider quite by accident, but so glad we did. The food is excellent, the tater-tots are done perfectly and the sliders were delicious and Victor was very friendly and helpful.
