Easy Landing is a small restaurant (mini supper club) with only about 8 tables and maybe a dozen bar stools. A welcoming ambiance and cozy feel make it a rural WI gem of a restaurant. It’s definitely worth a drive to check out and treat yourself to a hearty meal.
I have visited for fish fry several times; always had a great meal.
Recently, I opted for the walleye after I found out the perch was almost out (7:45 pm) and wanted others in my party to have their pick. Fish options include haddock, perch, blue gill, and walleye. The walleye dinner ($18) comes with a stellar salad bar and choice of potato.
The walleye fillet was gigantic and the fish was white, flaky, tender, and delicious. I ordered mine deep fried and it was done perfectly.
The hash browns with cheese were very good with just the right amount of crispiness and a fulfilling portion was served.
The salad bar was loaded with many fresh toppings, whole boiled eggs, homemade croutons, and a handful of homemade pasta salads. As much as I always try to resist filling my plate at the salad bar, I consistently fail. The reward is an awesome salad.
The bar cranks out some good cocktails and also offers a good selection of beer for a small place.
Our server was attentive and very upbeat. There was hardly any wait for our food after we finished our salads. Everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed their meal and time at Easy Landing.

Went for taco Tuesday. First time ever being there. The tacos were huge and so good. Got the burrito and a hard shell. Took half of my burrito home. Also got a chicken salad sandwich to go for my lunch the next day. That was delicious as well! Definitely will be back!

A small cozy country bar/restaurant. Several choices of fish and a small salad bar. Prices are good and service is great. Get there early or plan on waiting a bit for a table. Things pretty much slow down after 7pm. Parking is limited but normally one can find a spot.

Growing up in the area, I’m ashamed to say that I have neglected this country classic supper club for the majority of my life. In the last two years, we’ve made a point to enjoy the fantastic fish fry at least once every other month. Each time the cocktails, food and service are excellent! I love that they have diet squirt for my Old Fashioneds. I can use my calories on the salad bar and enjoy the soft rolls and delicious cheese spread. I get the haddock with sweet potato. So nice to have my favorite potato option. My sweetheart gets the perch and has also had the walleye. Both are done just right with generous portions. The very best part of this is the service. Always friendly and prompt. I love watching a FAMILY work well together. Dad is the culinary artist, Mom is smoothly running the bar, the daughter is one heck of a waitress and the son will work wherever needed. Better yet, they have been running this place for over FOUR DECADES while they have “day jobs”. Seriously, the work ethic and camaraderie makes this a favorite place to unwind. I love the feel of it and if I were independently wealthy, I would be there every Friday and Saturday night. I hear they have a very nice Sunday breakfast as well. Truly this is the definition of a “hidden gem”. Thank you to the family for all they do.

Went for the first time last night. Initial thoughts, definitely a locals hangout. Not fancy but a nice country atmosphere with good service. Friday night fish fry was very good. Grandson had a steak, not good… Big disappointment in that they are cash only. They did have ATM, but it is 2023. Bill was hand-written and hard to read and decipher. Needs some type of modernization with the bill. Old school look and feel. Not for us.

Our family of 4 stopped here on our road trip and expected to wait for a table and have some drinks while we waited. We stood around wondering where to check in and give our name. Nobody seemed interested in talking to us or putting us on the wait list so we ended up leaving. I’m sure it would have been good if we had found a spot but it didn’t seem like there was much interest in random walk ins at this place.
