Drove from East Coast arriving Niles OH dinner time, this buffet restaurant catered Chinese food and sushi. Price was cheap for the quality of food and service. The lomein had oyster sauce that makes it super tasty without salty!! The donut holes was sweet and chewy delish!!! Fried spring rolls and fried breaded meat gone most quickly with tangy sauces!! This buffet served all the basic popular dishes and salad bar, dessert looked yumm to bid you farewell.

I see that there a good amount of positive reviews. My only guess to the reasoning of this is that these reviews must be from locals that do not get out much. This is one of the worst buffets I’ve ever visited. I had multiple items and everything I got was horrible. I resorted to salad with watered down dressing. I highly recommend that you do not eat here. Please note I did not have any sushi at this place, I mainly had the buffet food. Good luck.

I absolutely love a buffet, especially a Chinese buffet. The Eastern Buffet in Niles Ohio (by the Eastwood Mall) is one of my favorites. I like this particular restaurant because I’ve always had a good dining experience here. The Buffet is always well kept and clean, the staff is always tending to it. The buffet itself has a nice offering of popular Chinese “comfort” food as well as American comfort food. It has a nice salad bar, awesome dessert bar & sushi roll bar. Everything from the buffet is amazing tasty, there is something for everyone. I also enjoy how quickly you are greeted & sat at your table or booth. My waitress quickly got my drink order & directed me to the buffet. When I returned my drinks & silverware were waiting for me. She would come and check on me every few minutes to top off my drink or take away my dirty plates. I really enjoy dining here and will continue to enjoy a solid buffet experience. If you love a great Chinese buffet, you must give this place a try.

STOP HERE FIRST!! I use to be hesitant of this buffet place because of small building and parking and other things etc. But this gives local big name restaurants around the area a standard to beat. There food is very tasty. The atmosphere is very courteous and comfortable. No rushing or mean glares. Fast service cleanly and oh the food great try it to save a few and have a good filling meal. Ive had the big expensive boardman/Canfield buffets this tops them. The whole family loves it and we will be spending good money there regularly. Thanks eastern buffet keep up the good work and good food yummmy!!

Outstanding! Food was fresh and hot. The buffet was constantly being turned, an empty tray lasted maybe one minute, the staff was on top of it! Server offered refills before my cup was empty, cleared plates quickly. Reasonably priced, too. Only downside is they don’t provide any napkins, and they are so crowded… Awesome for business, just felt like people were bumping into each other a lot with how the buffet is set up and everyone looking at all the options. Either way, I’ll be back.

This was my first time going, I don’t recommend this place if you have money and want to go to a good restaurant. I didn’t eat too many dishes, but the sushi was not like the pictures posted on the store, when I went there was no salmon sushi. The grilled chicken skewers are quite suitable for me, the ice cream is not very good, I hate that the ice cream scoop is always washed in dirty water and not replaced. Food is not prepared continuously, so there is a situation where it runs out. I appreciate that they serve water quickly. The bathroom looks quite clean but has a slight smell. In general, if you have money, I don’t recommend this restaurant, but if you don’t have too much money, this is a pretty good choice because it’s only about 12-20 dollars.

Food was fine. Staff was not welcoming or friendly. Then after my 18 month old started to cry she came over trying to get me to quiet her multiple times in less then 10 minutes. I took 5 bites of my food and walked out with my child but they made sure to charge me for it even though they wanted us gone. Not small child friendly at all!

Very friendly staff and very fresh good variety of asian cuisine. Staff was quick to put out new food and fresh fruit and good desserts. Atmosphere , very nice , overall , good experience , very clean restaurant.
