One thing to note first is my surprise at how vivacious the small town square of East Troy is. The charm here is impressive. It’s nice to take a walk around. Another thing to note is the nearby East Troy Railroad Museum that shouldn’t be missed. The third thing to note brings us back to this brewery. It’s housed in a former old bank. What sets this brewery apart from others is that thankfully the historic vault and bank artifacts have been left intact and incorporated into the decor. You can step inside of the vault and behold the massive door and pennies embedded in the floor. A big nod to the owners and all involved in the beauty preservation. Plentiful seating and nice food selections. Well done, y’all.

Updated 3-6-26. Ellie was our waitress was awesome! Fried cod fish fry was good, great local brews too!
Casual environment, cool building with fantastic decor throughout, great beer. Paved in Gold was my favorite. Great live entertainment on Friday. Singer started at 6, he was excellent. Emma was our server and did a fantastic job. The rest of the staff was super friendly and helpful as well. We only had apps. Brussel sprouts are amazing must. Can’t go wrong with cheese curds or nachos. Under new ownership. Sasha and Lance are both extremely kind, friendly, and laid back individuals that genuinely are passionate about what they do. Highly recommend this place!

The staff was superb, dedicated and attentive. The decadent meatloaf, with some nice seasoning and fennel and a very lovely sweet n thick red sauce, was THE BEST I ever had. The garlic vegetables were delightful as a side. The Oktoberfest was crisp and refreshing. Thank you for an over-the-top dining experience ET Brewery!

Really unique and delicious food. Some of the best microbrew beers you’ll have in the area. Excellent friendly service. Met the owners for the first time tonight. Couldn’t have liked them more. Great people. Great place. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fun place with great beers and food, especially the pulled pork nachos! One star knocked off due to an event inside where the “host” didn’t really greet us but asked if we had a ticket (I was clueless to what). Then he kicked us out around back. Thankfully the rest of the visit was better.

A year ago my son and now daughter in law were planning their wedding. They chose East Troy Brewery for their rehearsal dinner venue. The manager Sasha and Executive Chef Derek made this event the most enjoyable and magical rehearsal dinner anyone could have imagined. They attended to every detail to perfection. The food, prepared, setup and served by Chef Derek himself was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the brisket, best I ever had! The timing of everything was perfect and Sasha and Derek went above and beyond at every turn. A guest wanted a scotch not available and within minutes Sasha found a bottle miraculously! Every detail I requested was meticulously put into place and executed to perfection! An enormous and heartfelt thank you to Sasha, Derek and crew for making our rehearsal dinner an event to remember for all our guests, but especially the guests of honor. I highly and enthusiastically recommend East Troy Brewery for your next event or just to hang out and eat and drink sampling their special unique brews. You will be so happy you chose this wonderful venue.

Walked in and was told seat yourself. We had not been here before so we were not aware of where the seating was available and if there’s was better seating. Waited 10 minutes before we got fed up and GOT OUR OWN MENUS! The waitress we ended up with acted like she didn’t see us till I said out loud I’ll be seeing a manager before we leave.
Then she said “ I’ll be right there” having us wait another five minutes and didn’t even ask how we got the menus. Took 15 minutes for drinks to be delivered. Had to chase her down for a new drink. Food was ehhh lacked flavor and wasn’t hot. Had to chase our waitress down for the check and had to ask for another soda. She would walk right by us seeing that we were near the kitchen I don’t know how she couldn’t see us!!!!
For the amount of time, energy and effort that myself and my parents had to spend here we will not be spending another cent and a minute here. Sad that this “business” is such a waste.

I went here for dinner with my husband before attending a concert at Alpine Valley. We thought we had allowed ourselves enough time to sit, order and eat our meal, however the service was so slow we were almost late for the concert. They were way understaffed and the server who helped us had to be flagged down for virtually everything. The food itself was alright – basic brew pub food. We sat outside which was a decent ambiance – they had live music playing on the patio. However the service aspect of things is really what got to me. They need to hire more workers and get the customer service aspect of things in order before I would want to come back here.

Sat at the bar for a Saturday lunch. Leah the bartender took great care of us. I had the white truffle pear pizza. Delicious. Crust was thicker but light and airy with a crispy cornmeal bottom. Flavor was outstanding. We also had the 1/2 brisket platter. Brisket was full of flavor, not dry. Good spice. Mac and cheese was gooey goodness. Cornbread was some of the best we’ve had. Lots of history to see in the bar that was a bank from the 1800’s. Be sure to step into the vault and step back in time.
Oh and the beer was excellent!

I like the service and the atmosphere! I like that it’s near my house. I always loved the barbecue mac & cheese with brisket, and the fish fry; however, they changed the menu – and my favorite is not on there anymore. Also, they changed the recipe of the potato pancakes, and the fish was greasier than usual. I might not be back. I still might like their burgers – so maybe once in a while.
