First time visiting here in a few years. The renovations are gorgeous and attention to detail was well executed! The tomato shaped lights were a really cute touch that set the vibe. My friend and I stopped in for lunch today, and were both impressed with the food, ambience and our server.
We both did the all you can eat soup/salad/garlic load and main, and split an order of boomer bites. We also ordered the violet lemonades which were delish, and free refills. All the hot food came out piping hot, and the salads were crisp (no wilty lettuce here!)
Our server Kenzie K (i think, I didnt catch her name during the service so am basing it off reciept) was very attentive and friendly. The customer service really stood out and made the day that much more pleasant.

Eaten here many times usually no issues, always very good service, sometimes loud while dining in, unfortunately this take out “loaded pepperoni” pizza was the driest and thinnest I’ve ever had, very hard to chew, they also forgot the dipping sauce

I was in yesterday for lunch, with my mom and my two yr old son. We sat in the corner near the patio door, bar side.
First and this is just my opinion, the renovations make the restaurant look bland. There is no character. You could put any food chain in there and it wouldn’t matter with the decor…or lack of it.
My mom ordered a glass of wine, the glass was filthy – the server took it back and the bartender brought a new glass.
We each ordered a ceasar salad but hers has dressing on the side, both came with dressing so hers was sent back. The picture of the salad attached was what was brought back – with very large chunks of fatty bacon on top – that was utterly disgusting so we ended up picking that off.
The budda boomers were too tough to eat and swimming in oil or butter or whatever they were cooked in as there was a pool of it at the bottom of the dish. The upside was her ravioli was good.
I ordered the tomato garlic soup, salad and bread trio.
I received the salad with my own fatty display of bacon. The lettuce had a peppery bitter taste.
A flat bread was brought to the table which I did not order, but my soup never came.
I had ordered a Pepsi – no straws were brought, and it was flat and watered down.
My mom ordered. The brownie and my son had the chocolate gelato that comes with his meal. We waited, and waited, and waited…. Finally had to remind them about the dessert but I was ready to leave but she my mom wanted to make sure her and my son got their desserts. She paid for it but I don’t know what, if anything was taken off the bill.
I don’t know what happened with your food and your service but it went down the sewer once you renovated. Not to mention, the amount of latex ballons on the floor and floating around outside, congrats on contributing to the garbage problem on our streets.
I’ve been going to Eastside’s for years and I will never go back!!

Ellie was our server. Overall great experience. We make the drive every year or so from Montreal for my mom’s birthday. It’s always been her favorite restaurant, and there are none close anymore.
She was pleasant, attentive and efficient. Regardless of our endless demands for more cheese, salad, bread and entertaining our two cute (but rambunctious toddlers). The food and drinks were also great.

Our family went to Easy Side Mario’s Cornwall Jan. 31 The place was hopping. Busy night. We waited at the bar for our table which we knew would be around 20 minutes but ended up with a table in 10 minutes so a great start. Our Hostess Allison came to the bar and brought us to our table. She had a big smile and a very pleasant personality. A very wonderful young lady. The night is going great and we haven’t even sat down yet. Once we sat down our waitress arrived almost instantly and checked to see if we needed anything while we looked over the menu. Our waitress was Natalie and she also brandished a big smile and with a very friendly demeanor. Over the evening Natalie checked on us constantly and made sure we had everything we needed. She certainly can be a role model in how to take care of customers in a restaurant. Oh yes the food was very good also but this post is about the people. On a busy night we still received great service great smiles and great attitudes. Well done and keep up the great work.

Beautiful renovations on the restaurant, we came in from Ottawa just to be here! Corinne was our server on the bar side and she was very prompt with the service, nothing took long. Extremely friendly and helpful. Jade, the manager was extremely kind and welcoming. Best east sides location by far! Definitely will be back

Maddy gave us amazing customer service! Even though it was past closing time, she was so patient, kind, and never made us feel rushed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole experience was wonderful because of her positive attitude. We truly appreciate her dedication. We will definitely come again!

We were a table of 12 today and our server, Natalie, provided exceptional customer service!!! She was prompt to check on us, offer us refills, and address any concerns. We loved the renos and feel they really open up the space beautifully. Only reason food gets 4 stars is because I opted to add chicken to my dish for 5$, and was very disappointed with the portion size. Only 3 very little slices of chicken were added to the dish… Super small portion provided for the extra charge. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Thank you Natalie for the friendly service.
