We got general tso’s chicken, salt and pepper squid(perfect combo of crispy batter and soft squid ) beef fried rice (could taste the flavor of the seasons pan used to cook it ) honey walnut shrimp, Chinese broccoli, beef chow fun (flavorful beyond words) beef with snow pea, and the fish stomach soup was a DELICIOUS appetizer that we started with

This place is incredible. Family owned and operated, the service is amazing and the food hits Every. Single. Time! Some of my go to favorites, the salt and pepper flounder, the beef hot pot, the meat just melts in your mouth! The Chinese broccoli is also delicious!

Disappointing $60 lunch. While the dishes photograph well, they had no flavor. No sauce, salt, pepper, real chiles, garlic, or pepper. I don’t think they even use oyster sauce. We were clear we wanted traditional Chinese food and ordered off the traditional menu. We asked for spicy and nothing was. Even the table chili oil smelled bad and was not spicy. We ordered Chinese broccoli and were told that they were out, but upon leaving a Chinese family had just been delivered a huge plate of it and many dishes that looked totally different from ours and were not on the menu. The fried fish was clearly from the freezer and the fried pork was fried in old oil. This place might have real Chinese food but they are only serving it to people who speak Mandarin . We will continue to go to Red Chili House instead. Their food is 100 times better and they understand spice, ginger, texture, and chilis.

T Typical Chinese northeast style restaurant verified.
Friendly hostess with a warm welcome.
High-end roast duck. Creamy cabbage mustard with freshly cooked white rice.
Seafood hot pot is strongly flavoured with soy sauce, dressed with scallions.
Clean tables with lots of seats available. They also had quite good take-away service, I assume, because I witnessed lots of door dashers in and out frequently.
Overall: 100/100 with good value for money.

Absolutely amazing experience! This was my first time trying this restaurant, and everything exceeded my expectations! The food was incredibly delicious and the portions were very generous. My
kids ate everything—100% kid-approved! The staff were so kind, welcoming, and pleasant, which made the experience even better. The restaurant itself was beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

After reading reviews on Facebook, we decided to try it this week with my mom who was visiting from Los Angeles. We ordered 3 items: fried tofu with jalapeño, sizzling chicken, and Chinese broccoli. We also ordered roast duck to go. They were all delicious. Portions were larger than we had anticipated. Service was very friendly and attentive. This is now our favorite Chinese restaurant in ABQ. My mom said this was just as good and may even be better than some of the Chinese restaurants in Los Angeles. We definitely recommend to those who want to try good authentic Chinese food.

Always go here for Chinese New Year’s. Been going since I was a kid. Staff is always nice especially to kids. Try and go multiple times a year. The prices are reasonable especially for the amount of food that is served. I only marked a higher price cause my family shares food and we usually ordered alot more then person to food ratio.

This was the first time here. It was really delicious. My husband and I got a dinner meal which came with an appetizer, soup, rice and entree. It was a lot of food for the price. I got the Szechuan beef and my husband got the general tso chicken and both meals were amazing! We will definitely be back soon. Also, the service was friendly and really helpful.

Favorite Chinese food in Albuquerque since I was a little kid. But I don’t just go back for the nostalgia, they have great food, and kind staff. They are always consistent both for dine in and take out. And they are one of the last few places with the thin noodle lo mein!!! Favorite of mine are the war wonton soup, lo mein, curry chicken, beef and broccoli, but I’ve never had anything that didn’t hit the spot.
