East Moon Asian Bistro & Sushi is a solid spot with good food and a nice atmosphere. My Pad Thai was flavorful and well-cooked, but I’m taking off one star for a service mix-up. I asked for my Pad Thai to be extra spicy, but instead the extra spice ended up on my partner’s dish. The waitress also forgot to ask what type of Pad Thai I wanted when taking the order.
That said, we still enjoyed the meal overall, and I’d come back—just hoping for a little more attention to detail next time.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. Its pretty empty on a Monday afternoon into evening. My husband and I have been to various Asian restaurants and I must say- their sauces are the tastiest. I’m usually very weary of ordering a curry dish, but the kind server informed me it would be on the side and was super attentive. It was the best I’ve had-well balanced!
As a pescetarian I always preview menus before going out to restaurants to see if they have fish and vegetarian options. This place has so many!
Dishes shown: One Night in Bankok, Sweet Sour Chicken. Also has miso/egg drop soup, spicy salmon sushi, crab ragoons, and gyosa.
Iain loves the pineapple in the sweet sour sauce. So juicy and colorful!

We came here for our fifth anniversary and loved every minute of it! The sushi was amazing, our server, Kyle, made me a special drink, and we were treated wonderfully. The water had my absolute favorite kind of ice. And the dark chocolate mousse cake was divine.

The location is beautiful, the food is great, and the service from Dee was top notch! Had the chicken green curry with a friend and we both agreed we will definitely be coming back. Gotta check this place out if looking for some quality Thai food in the area!

Out favorite place for gluten free Asian food and sushi in general. The best sushi with so many unique options to choose from. Great atmosphere and sushi bar.
The menu is awesome about pointing out what items can be made Gluten free and they offer gluten free soy sauce. Staff always ask if it’s an allergy or not and are very accommodating.

Me and my husband had a great experience here last weekend for our 5th Wedding Anniversary 10/19/2025. Food was great and are very tasty, Alex our server was awesome, the chef made our Sushi plate extra special and the manager gave us free dessert (mango cheesecake).
And with everything that they’ve done, they made our lunch date extra special and I really do appreciate their gestures.
5/5 for their kindness, hospitality and great team over all. (I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves 5 star review from me)

First, let me say that this is Denver, and Denver is not on the ocean. We’ve lived in many places where sea food caught the same day it was served. Hard to get that in the middle.
That said, we love East Moon – excellent quality, great variety, always good service, and a nice atmosphere that is both classy and family friendly. We take our grandkids here often.
