First I’ll say the Gen. Tso is delicious, perfectly crispy with a kick. The fried rice isn’t seasoned and doesn’t have that fried wok texture. I also ordered black pepper chicken. It wasn’t bad but also isn’t what I would consider black pepper chicken, more like chicken with bell peppers and onions. Also after confirming twice I was still brought the wrong soup.

It looks and functions exactly like I expect cheap Chinese takeout to, except for the fact that the food was practically flavorless. If you are the kind of person that thinks black pepper is too spicy and you’re being attacked when someone puts something with a strong aroma in front of you, this is a great place to eat. Otherwise, I suggest you order from the next closest Chinese takeout place. I ended up making lo mein from scratch the next night because the pork loin mein we got was the saddest, blandest pile of noodles I’ve ever been handed by a fellow Asian and I had to wash the memory of it out of our mouths. The wonton soup broth tasted more like water than broth.

So I order through door dash and the meal shows up with one full meal missing. As I’m eating my leftover SFR that I hadn’t opened until now I notice a bug of some sort that was cooked into the dish and fried. No thanks, got rid of the rest of the food that was leftover. Disgusting.

Everything is not for everyone. This restaurant is not for me. General shrimp batter was so tough it was inedible. Fried rice taste like it was stored in an old plastic container. String beans in garlic sauce left an odd texture on my lips. Continuing my quest for good Chinese food.

Horrible, I love this Chinese restaurant, great food, great services, great everything but today was just horrible. Whenever I call, I only say “jumbo shrimp” since that’s what I usually do and was taught. I didn’t know there were more kinds of shrimps. This lady started yelling at me, telling me what kind of shrimp, I then said if they could name some and they did except I couldn’t understand what she was saying and only understood “shin in” and that’s what I ordered because she was already mad. I was ready to hang up but decided not to. I’m young so I’m new to all this. Still upset but I know that this restaurant can do better. Will still order from here, just not much like I used to do due to me being very upset. I love the people here, they are friendly but this 1 certain lady just wasn’t it.
