We had a wonderful experience last night, and a big part of that was our waitress, Olivia. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly as we asked. Our drinks were always refilled, and she checked on us just the right amount without ever being intrusive. Olivia’s positive attitude and professionalism truly made our meal more enjoyable. Excellent service like hers is what keeps customers coming back—highly recommend asking for Olivia if you visit!

Came in two night ago and Olivia was an outstanding waitress. She is extremely hardworking, attentive, and clearly knows her job very well. She made sure everything was taken care of, checked in at the right times, and kept a positive, professional attitude throughout our visit. Her knowledge of the menu and efficiency truly stood out. Unfortunately I had not come to East Coast in some time because of a bad experience. I was trying to give you an opportunity to redeem yourselves. Ordered take out from location. Served pretty quick but when I got home it did not take me long to realize it was going to be good. My boneless wings where over cooked and barely any sauce on them. The chips were fine but the vegetables tasted like they had been packed for days. DISAPPOINTED!

Ordered dinner thru Uber. Paid extra for onion rings which never arrived. Also, half way thru my salad I came across a dead fly. Pretty gross. The Uber dite was impossible to deal with.Obviously Uber does not care, not sure yet where East Coast Wings stands.

So we went in with ~40 people from our baseball team. We called ahead and gave them about 20 minutes’ notice. It was lunchtime on Saturday, so I was a little skeptical that this would go smoothly. Inside was larger than other locations I had been to, and they had 2 long sets of tables set up for us when we got there. They methodically got our drinks and our orders. I don’t think anyone had any problems getting food in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very responsive and we had a great time! I don’t see how they could have done any better. Great job!

Service was awful. Olivia was our server and the fastest thing she did the whole time we were there was run our cards. She forgot things multiple times and we had to continue asking for it and then we wouldn’t see her for another 20 minutes. I ended up having to ask another waitress where our food was after an hour of waiting and asked that same waitress for boxes when we were ready to leave. Another table sat down after us, got their food, and paid before we ever saw our food and they only had 2 people less than we did and had the same waitress as us.

Been going to East Coast wings in Kernersville for over 15 years now and I’ll tell you the last couple of years have been horrible mostly the takeout food. Tonight I just couldn’t take it anymore. I had to write a review and say something we’re ending up with drumsticks the size of drumsticks from Kentucky Fried chicken out of their bucket. I bet if I was dining in you would never serve these oversize chewy fatty like leather drumsticks 3 inches wide by 3 inches tall it’s horrible. Where is the management with this? There should be quality control the same good fresh normal size drumsticks just like you sit down In the restaurant should also be the same for takeout.

The only thing is my side of hot sauce was missing along with 2 sides of blue cheese. Instead I got all ranch sauces .
I hope to see the accuracy of online orders improve in the future.
Otherwise a great place.
Just a update 9/24, after asking if all the sauces were in there , (and he replied yes) , the ranch was missing .

Quick service. The food is always cooked very well. I recommend the wings as well as the ECW buffalo chicken sandwich.
Update Jan 29, 2024: Continued excellent service at this location. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Wrap this time and it wqs excellent. Highly recommend.

Good wings. They were tasty as always. This review is on the bartender. A young woman that worked during the day on 1/1/2026. I didn’t get her name but she was on it. Friendly, happy and Customer Service driven.
