they are not open during their posted hours, but will still take your money then you have to call customer service to get a frigging refund and have to wait up to a week to get that money back DUE TO THEIR ERROR. This is theft, you took my money knowing you could not complete the order, that’s also considered fraud.

The Wednesday lunch deal is not bad at all. It has been a long time since I had a Whopper however I will have to make this a regular stop for lunch as it is right around the corner from the office. The staff at this location was fantastic. The gentleman taking our order was extremely attentive, had a great personality, and seemed to be enjoying his job.

I don’t stop at Burger King very often, but I do like whoppers. Today’s order was a complete disappointment as for heavy pickles one pickle sandwich looks like it had been sitting there for a while. I thought they made them to order. I won’t stop at this Burger King ever again.

Went through the drive thru, around 11:45 , well that’s what time I left the drive thru. I got there at 11:30, there was no one inside ordering and no one in the drive thru. So I figured this shouldn’t take long, so after waiting almost 15 mins for one chicken sandwich one order of medium fries, a strawberry frostee and a 4 piece mozzarella sticks. They didn’t give me any marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, so I tried to get there attention after sitting at the window waving my hands for about 3 mins, I watched the manager on duty, look me in my eyes and ignore me, turned her head away like I wasn’t trying to get her attention, I honked my horn cuz now I’m waiting 3 plus minutes for a sauce that they forgot to give me, and a minute after I honked she finally comes to the window and says what happened? Like maam all of this is unprofessional. Burger King do better at who you hire. Everytime I come to this store it’s always an extremely long wait followed by attitude. Un called for

This is the place to go for a hot delicious breakfast! Ask for Ricky he is the man at this location. Store is clean everyone is friendly and delivered fantastic service. They really mean it when they say you will feel like a king! Will be back soon!!

The woman working at the front end was extremely rude to every customer who came in while I was there. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. If I owned the place, she would have been terminated on the spot. This experience alone makes me hesitant to return. I was there at approximately 12:20pm 11-25-2025.

One of the worst experiences at a Burger King.
1. Front door locked at 8:30 am; only the side door was open,
2. Incorrect order received – asked for bacon, but received sausage,
3. Twice, i went to the counter for condiments and to correct my order/request syrup, but all workers were out of sight or sound.
The food quality was good, the restaurant was clean.

Steamed Hams
This is the first time I have decided to comment on this location. This place is so slow compared to the one at 2019 W Lumsden Rd in Brandon. It has been a continuous problem every time I visit this place. I don’t think I’ll come here again and I’ll go to the one on Lumsden from now on until I see positive reviews again. When I say it is a long wait, I am speaking of waiting over 30 minutes at times for food while in the drive thru.

Today, 11/23/2025, they decided to close early around 3:15pm. There was an employee, a black, heavy set, effeminate man coming out the back of the restaurant to yell at people in the drive thru that they are closed and he’s tired. I already paid for my meal so I had to go in. It was no better, people were yelling and cussing in the back not fulfilling people’s orders and just being unprofessional as a whole. Corporate will be contacted because everyone there needs to be fired.
