YUM! YUM! YUM! We had lunch here on Sunday 10/19 for my Daughters birthday as she loves cheeseburgers and it was PERFECTLY cooked and delicious! My Grandbabies enjoyed the mac&chz and the french fries were great! The wings were tasty and the ranch, THE RANCH is scrumptious! My health conscious Son enjoyed a salad. The service was good despite having to wait on drink refills due to our server being very busy in a very crowded after church rush. It was amazing and we will definitely visit again.

I had an absolutely appalling experience at this establishment that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Our server, Sarah, was incredibly inattentive and rude, but the real issues began when she incorrectly processed the bill, charging my guest twice the intended amount and then demanding even more money. When we tried to rectify the error, the manager on duty a large, heavy-set individual became physically imposing and extremely hostile, making verbal threats to call the police and accusing us of not paying despite the billing blunder being their fault. To make matters worse, after I arrived home, the restaurant attempted to run my card five more times luckily, I had my card locked . When I confronted them about the charges shown on my bank statement, they denied everything, even though it appears I’m not the first person this has happened to. Also having to go a week without my bank card cause it was compromised for this situation, so between the aggressive management and the fraudulent financial activity, I strongly recommend dining elsewhere.

My wife and I recently moved to the area and decided to try this location. We have been loving it. While I was picking up our food I thought “Food is great, staff is friendly and they have never gotten a single order wrong” and as soon as I got home we opened our order and it was wrong (Bone in wings instead of boneless)
When I called they were very sincere and apologetic. They took care of it without me needing to ask.
East Coast clears any other food chain in the area and we will be a forever regular.
P.S. (Please never stop writing what the order is on the boxes. It’s so nice and not many restaurants do this)

We have frequent Easter Coast and different locations over 20+ years so often we are legacy reward card members. We enjoyed most of the items on the menu everywhere. Today was the exception as we did not expect what we were walking into the first time at this location. The overall environment was too cold for comfort right away. The waitress seemed just to be there but was overall trying to get through her day. The food was just Okay nothing as we were looking forward to like most all other times at different east coast locations. The quantity is as you see just doing the bare minimum with the tater tots. The quesadilla cheeseburger didn’t have meat in all the papers and just cheese. The wings were good mainly flat and no dummies which is okay. Sad about our visit but we don’t frequent this way often we will just remember not to go to this one in the future.

Came in here for the first time. Very nice place and the service was really good. I got a burger and tots. The burger was very seasoned. My service was very good also. I ordered a salad to go. I will definitely be coming back in here again.

Never had a bad meal here. Food always comes out piping hot and the service is always great. Have plenty of other options if you’re not a fan of wings. The corn ribs are always a good start when it comes to an appetizer. Bar section is a little small. Hardly ever have to wait for a table.

2 times, 2 different ladies stated that they would bring my food out to the car and instead they had me wait 15 minutes in the car. Maybe it was, because I did not tip, but I only tip when I am inside. Not picking up food to go as I am not being served and sitting down. The place would get more stars from me if they actually kept their word as they state they are going to do! It looks unprofessional and unethical on their part. I do not know if it is, because they got new management or what, but before new management it was awesome! So… sad how service has gone down the toilet!
