We had a great experience at Earl’s Kitchen + Bar, and a big part of that was our server, Jack. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. He had great recommendations, kept our drinks refreshed, and checked in at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive.
What really stood out was his positive attitude and professionalism. Jack made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing great service. It’s always nice when a server genuinely enhances the experience, and he definitely did that for us.
If you’re dining here, ask for Jack—you’ll be in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!

We came into Earl’s Kitchen + Bar late after a long flight, tired and hungry, but they still accommodated us without hesitation. That level of service was truly appreciated. The food and drinks were great and really hit the spot after traveling. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. The atmosphere was perfect for a Friday night, lively and energetic, with just the right vibe to relax and unwind. We would definitely return.

Great restaurant for a sit down meal. There are plenty of space for small or large group. They also have an outside seating when the weather is nice.
The staff are very friendly, professional and courteous our server. Clark did a great job.
They have an extensive menu selection ranging from sushi to pokey to steak seafood or just classic hamburger
The food is fresh delicious and very nice presentation. The portion size is also large. It was so large we do not have room for dessert. All the food were very well plated and presented.
Definitely a place I recommend for special occasions or just a meal.

Earl’s Kitchen + Bar in Plano remains one of our favorite spots, and our recent Wednesday evening dinner was a perfect reminder why. We were greeted warmly at the host stand and seated quickly, setting a relaxed and welcoming tone for the night.
Our server, Kye, was truly exceptional—attentive, genuinely warm, and knowledgeable of the large menu. His thoughtful recommendations and friendly conversation made our dining experience on a weekday night feel extra special.
The food was outstanding from start to finish. The spicy California roll had just the right amount of heat and beautiful presentation. The calamari was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and paired with a complementary dipping sauce. My husband’s burger was cooked exactly to order—juicy, flavorful, and served with perfectly crisp fries.
We ended on a high note with the lemon meringue pie: vibrant lemon curd, fluffy torched meringue, and just the right balance of tart and sweet.
Thanks to Kye’s wonderful service and the consistently excellent prepared dishes, it was a flawless date night. Earl’s Plano never disappoints, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We came for my brothers baptism and Olivia was our server. The moment we sat down she greeted us kindly and asked about if there’s an occasion we’re celebrating. Immediately we saw our opportunity to let her know about my brother before he sat down. I also made her aware of my nut allergy and she kept that in mind the whole time I was looking at the menu. My party is pretty needed we had a lot of different personalities at the table but she was able to accommodate everything and match our vibe. Her knowledge on the menu and drinks was also a plus nothing is worse than going to a restaurant for the first time and the server has minimal knowledge theirselves. The food was great I had the steak and tortellini. At the end we had complimentary dessert which surprised my brother! Then she reassured me before I could say anything there is no nuts. The place was also very beautiful and the staff collectively were put well together. My coconut cold brew was amazing too thanks to Olivia’s recommendation. Thank you girl ❤️

One of the most prettiest and ambient filled places in legacy west. We were helped by Alicia and she was on point to make sure our visit was well taken care of, from the point of recommending items from the menu to the part of making sure we feel well taken care of.
The food was one of the best and we were so tempted to see the chef and give our thanks for the items we had ordered. Will definitely come back again.

Our steward for the night, Alexa was fantastic!! Making recommendations on drinks and the food.
We had the jumbo lump crab for starters and there were fresh chunky lumps, on a bed of greens swimming in a savory sauce!
Our entrees were the Salmon Gnochetti, which is tester dish(which they should make permanent!) exquisite balance of savory, acidic and slightly crisped chewy gnocchi. I had the Pork chop with mash potatoes and broccolini which was well executed.
We also tried 2 margaritas; Guava and Passion Chili; both good; but the later much more to our liking. We will be back!!

Mason took good care of us this afternoon. Took his time explaining the brunch menu and helping us order along with keeping our drinks full. This was our first time for brunch and was delicious. We ordered the steak and eggs and truffle fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and fresh out the kitchen.
