Had a wonderful meal with my wife and son. The cheeseburger is a fantastic choice with onion rings! The corn nuggets were great along with the salad and chicken tenders. The chicken casserole was a very hearty choice too! Earl’s is a great laid back atmosphere with friendly folks!

Stopped in Hillsville on our way home from Florida. Looking for a place to eat that was not a chain, we stopped into Earl’s Diner. Very pleasant place and people working there. Food was good, very reasonably priced. German chocolate cake (homemade) was out of this world!! Definitely recommend and we will return here on a future trip!

I really enjoyed this place. Was passing through and wanted to get a quick lunch at a local joint. The burger was great and the macaroni salad was make with some amazing dill/mayo concoction. Would recommend if you like supporting local businesses! The owner made our burger and it was great!

OMG DELICIOUS I had several people recommend this place so I finally decided to try it . I have to say everything they told me was accurate. The food is awesome ! Home cooked , the way restaurants used to be and needs to be . I got the cheeseburger and I haven’t had one so good in a long time . It’s made to order however you want it with whatever you want on it no extra charge . And the food looks like pictures in commercials the way you wished food looked . I also got macaroni salad (homade ) it was delicious and creamy . Last , but not least for dessert , pecan pie which was homade and had whipped cream on top . I also sampled the fried squash my friend ordered that I’m definitely getting the next time I go . I can’t wait to go back . So glad I tried it . The diner is a lot bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside . I love this place . Oh yeah the waitress I had was awesome ❤️ this place is FIVE STARS PS it’s very affordable if you’re on a budget

One of the best hamburger steaks I’ve ever eaten. It was smothered in green peppers and onions, cooked perfectly. Homemade cakes daily. Great place to eat!
