We had one of their rooms reserved for a small sprinkle shower for our girlfriend. The staff was great since day one. They called and email me about my questions and were very helpful. We were there today and room was so gorgeous. The restaurant is so beautiful and has an incredible historic atmosphere. The food was yummy and quick to be served after we ordered. Gabbi was our server and she was great as well. I am sure I speak for all my girlfriends that we had a great time there today! Thank you for making my friend’s experience super special! I will come back with my family soon!

We ate here for a work gathering in the private room in the back – party of 8. The service was great and very attentive. French onion soup was good, and the beef Wellington was great. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and great service. Thank you, Gabby, for providing us with a great dinner service!

Just fantastic. Got the french onion soup based on all the reviews and it was so good. The strawberry mule was tasty and balanced, but the ammaretto cherry drink my husband got was too sweet. The food was all fantastic though. I got the beef on weck with onion rings. The roll was tasty and the beef was moist and tender. Im not usually a big horseradish person but the hoseradish complimented the sandwich nicely and was fresh. My husband got the beef stew and it was very delicious as well. The staff were nice and friendly and everyone enjoied their meal. For dessert I got the mounds dessert and it was incredible. The chocolate ganache was amazing and the whole dessert taste just like an upscale mounds bar. Would definitely go back here again.

My husband and I dined in during restaurant week and loved our meal. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very cozy and historic. Our server was phenomenal. He was polite and always very speedy with our drinks and anything else we needed.

We both ordered off of the restaurant week menu. The garden salads were nice and quite substantial. I ordered the spinach and artichoke crusted haddock and my husband got the Hunter’s beef stew. Both were very tasty and the fish especially was a very unique option that I had never seen before. For dessert we got chocolate chip bread pudding and caramel apple crisp. Both were delicious and simple. The portions of the meal were nice. We ate everything and were comfortable after our meal. I would highly recommend checking out Eagle House. The parking can be tricky, especially going during peak times and I would recommend having a reservation in advance.

We went on Thanksgiving Day two meals two drinks in two desserts .it was 105.00 I got a meal for $50. no regrets.
That’s definitely the way to do Thanksgiving because no cleanup no hassle no shopping no mess.
I did make sure I took the waitress for a bucks in cash for a tip it was Thanksgiving after all.

Atmosphere but put me in a different kind of piece. It felt like an old Irish building. The woodwork was amazing the fireplace AIA pleasingly inviting. It wasn’t anything it was this big and beautiful and the decor was amazing but the woodwork was so beautiful just to stare at.

If it’s a full house like it was that day. Parking going to be a nightmare parking is behind the building.

In the White staff was amazing it was a full house. She did everything in a timely fashion. We were taking care of.

You can’t go wrong with steak and potatoes.
The carrot cake 100 % worth it.
When I go back I’m not going to be worried about a meal I’m going to be worried about my dessert. Been craving that ever since Thanksgiving .

And make sure you call for reservations especially if you know it’s going to be a busy day.

We stopped by the Eagle House coming from another appointment and we are so glad we stopped in! Have to say the food was so good! One of the best fish frys I’ve ever had. My husband had broiled fish and it was super tasty too. The french fries were flavored well and not too salty and the coleslaw was fresh made.
Our waitress was really nice and just a sweet person.
This place reminds me of an old English/Irish pub. I felt like I was in an Inspector Morse episode getting a pint with Lewis.
The building is an historic landmark and just really cool to sit inside and see all the old tables, wood floors and neat photographs on the walls. I just loved it!
Next time I will bring some family and friends to enjoy it too.
Thank you:)

Great atmosphere. Had the fish fry and stuffed peppers, it was delicious! Bar service was good, but our table service was kind of slow and forgot my tartar sauce. Would recommend.
