At first glance this looks like an ice cream shop, but they’re much more! Steak tacos were good, & fresh tortillas ! If I had to make a complaint it would be too many large onions in the tacos but some people like that and not a big deal, they can be taken out. Quesadilla Birria/taco was delicious. My husband go the Torta de Milanesa which he said was “so good”. We also tried the elote cup with Cotija cheese and Tajin, I thought it needed a little more flavor for my liking (I think they used the mild tajin), but that was perfect for my husband bc he doesn’t do spicy, so he ended up eating it. My daughter ate the chicken tacos, actually she devoured them! And she also ate the fries that came with the Milanesa lol she said they were amazing and crunchy lol. Now the juices were SO delicious I regret not getting the giant one like my husband did. I got Mango, he got Horchata, and our daughter got Strawberry Lime. Lastly the fresas con crema were so good, I still think about them more than I should , that’s why I’m here writing a this review weeks later. The place is different than a typical Mexican spots but I pleasantly surprised. Just prepare yourself for a wait! It does get super busy during the later hours so the lines will be long. They take orders relatively quick, it’s just the wait for the actual food that some people might not be okay with but definitely worth the it in my opinion. They also have sooo many other options to choose from, like spicy ramen with birria, hot Cheetos on basically anything you want, ice cream, desserts, etc.

E-Loteria was sooo good. I ordered the renzoeats burrito, the strawberry cream with granola, and a side of queso. I throughly enjoyed my meal and dessert. The burrito was delicious! The strawberries and cream was so yummy. I will be returning. Oh so good!

Got the RenzoEats burrito twice now and both times have been so delicious! There was a good amount of meat and was extremely flavorful! Also, the hot Cheetos were such a good touch! Very clean & nice staff 🙂

I initially ordered a large birria pizza for my husband but called and changed to a personal which is 4 slices instead of 8. The issue that i have is you don’t get 4 of the birria pizza slices but a small child like quesadilla which is $14. I went back in to let them know that it’s not the same as the regular pizza slices and the girl immediately became condescending and dismissive. Customers pay their hard earned money not to be stiffed. Here are picture comparisons from the same place. The “small” on the left. The tortillas that they use aren’t even the same.

Had the steak and shrimp burrito, it was delicious, big enough to split. The place looks clean and was quiet, no loud music or anything. Service was good, had a couple modifications to my order and they got it exactly right. Definitely will be back.

So we stopped here after seeing a video on Instagram. We literally spent $60 on what i will call mediocre food at best. We ordered the chips and guacamole which e sent back because the chips were old, cold and looked like they had been recruited multiple times. The bbq wings which normally we don’t do wings from places like this but we did honestly they were the crispiest wings we’ve ever had from literally anywhere that wasn’t dry however even with the bbq sauce they completely lacked flavor including the bbq sauce. My wife got the chicken burrito she said it was good but mostly rice. I got 2 steak and 2 chicken tacos they were flavorful and a decent amount of meat. The service was kind of blah teenagers and the atmosphere was also blah and very cold. Didn’t really seem like a welcoming place. Overall this wouldn’t be a “It” spot for me more of a last resort.

I ordered the Birria pizza large. It was pretty tasty and cheesy. It came two dipping sauces and a beef like broth. I enjoyed the pizza for the most part my I just wish the meat had more seasoning. I really enjoy birria anything so I’ll definitely be back to try menu items. Oh and I forgot to mention that they offer ice cream, check out the pics Definitely a recommendation

Jerely was great. The last time I ate here, there was a girl with a horrible temper at the register. Jerely didn’t glare at me, so the bar’s low but still appreciated.
The food was great as always, Monster Preparado was amazing and always loved Torta Milanesa.
The atmosphere is not accessible for anyone with light or auditory sensitivities, very bright, and the music can be too loud for the small space.
Overall: Great for couples, and people who miss their culture and are tired of burgers and chicken salad

Firstly, when you walk in, you’re thinking, “Oh! An ice cream shop. Cool!” Wrong! Once you look up at the menu, you realize it’s much, much more. They offer savory, mouthwatering selections of homemade Mexican food. From delicious Elote to Birria Pizza!
We ordered the Birria Pizza and the Birria Quesadilla! The employees were very helpful in helping us understand what each menu item consisted of. Trust me, you’ll want to try everything. They also offer snack options as well!
The quesadilla was *chef’s kiss*! Tender l and juicy pieces of meat paired with the savory, gooey cheese. Bits of cilantro and warm tortilla made this the best quesadilla I’ve had in a long time. The Birria Pizza was simply excellent.
This place is definitely a hidden gem in Richmond. It’s a must try, especially if you enjoy Mexican food.

We ordered the birria ramen and birria pizza. Both were delicious. The place was pizza and cars were parked out front with their hazards on for to go orders so definitely plan on waiting if you order inside, or plan ahead and get it to go! I wish the ramen was a bigger for $10. Elote was the best I’ve had in Richmond don’t skip it. Cucumber lime juice was fresh and perfectly sweet. Fiancé loved the birria pizza it’s the large size and we had leftovers, suggest the person size!
