I really wanted to give a good review. Yet, the waitress was ummmm kinda slow. Took a awhile to get our order taken. Had to request more coffee. Then we waited for a bit and then I was told what I ordered they ran out of something. So I choose something else and you would think it would have come right out. Yet nope had to wait and then ask another waitress where our food was. It was warm at best. We did watch our waitress drink coffee at the register and disappear a few times. Also had to request the check. It was busy when we arrived yet cleared out quickly.

Good food but be prepared for a wait, they seemed to be short staffed. The staff present were professional and courteous in the face of a hungry crowd. Lots of knick knacks to ogle while you wait. If you are lucky enough there are birds feeding outside the window at the front. Would recommend.

It was a bit late when I arrived on Sunday. It was about 12:30 . I’m sure they had a busy morning. I was still greeted well and Jillian served with class and smile. Service was great. Food came in 10 min. My fiance and i were looking for a home cooked style meal. While visiting the state . Chicken parm was out of this world. My girl had the meatloaf and said the same thing . Desert. We had Cheese cake it just topped of that great meal. I recommend anyone in this area it is the place to go. .

This place is awesome. The tables were all set with fresh flowers in a jar and super neat & clean, it was so welcoming! The building has so much character it felt very warm and inviting ☺️ Everything we ordered was super yummy, I would recommend the oreo dessert! Best part was how wonderful our waitress was, even my kids mentioned how nice she was. Can’t wait to go back again.

EB Flatts provided food for our event we had this past weekend. Scott was extremely helpful in deciding what to order and how much – the Ribs, Teriyaki Chicken, Rice Pilaf and Sautéed Vegetables were definitely crowd pleasers! Everyone loved the Ribs and went back for more! They made it to so easy for pickup and the food was hot & ready to serve! I highly recommend EB Flatts for your next event!

I went to dinner with my son. I’m in Mass on vacation. The ambience in this restaurant was quite comfortable. I ordered the chicken with stuffing, baked potato and gravy. I did enjoy the chicken, but the gravy tasted like it came from a jar. I just doubt that it was home made. For dessert we shared chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. I think that’s what its called. It was definitely delish! The cake was chocolaty with warm chocolate sauce. In the end, it was a nice relaxing dinner.

Food was delicious. The child fries with her burger were a bit scant. My burger was cooked perfectly at medium per my request. It was extremely cold in the restaurant however so bring a sweater. I couldn’t take my coat off.
