Dynasty BBQ has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The skewers are always tender and well-seasoned, and the cold noodles are especially refreshing and flavorful—I order them every time. Oyama BBQ is located in a bustling strip mall with ample free parking, though finding a spot can be a challenge, especially during peak hours. When we arrived, the place was packed, and we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table.
The service was surprisingly quick considering the crowd. We were impressed by the live Chinese instrumental music, with a talented performer playing the guqin. It added a unique ambiance to the place.
The star of the show was undoubtedly the lamb and beef skewers. They were juicy, tender, and flavorful. Other skewers were also enjoyable, though one of the meat skewers was slightly undercooked.
Unfortunately, the cold potato salad was a major disappointment. It had a strange bitter aftertaste that ruined it for us.
Overall, Oyama BBQ offers a decent dining experience with delicious skewers, but some dishes, like the potato salad, could use improvement.

This BBQ is among top 3 which I’ve had in CA and WA. I like their eggplants the most. Best one ever! The wine in Chinese traditional container brought me back to the ancient times which is really fun. Only thing is that it is so busy that the server make us feel a bit rush. But their service quality overall is good.

I guess it is an acquired taste for the spice of mostly cumin. We ordered skewers to try: beef, pork, squid, rice, veggie, naan to wrap the protein, scallops, eggplant. It was ok, waiting for the wow but the service was nice and prompt. Nice decor.

This is a good place to talk and enjoy Chinese style BBQ. The atmosphere is like the Ancient Chinese restaurant style. The interior design is traditional. And there is a Gil who is playing the traditional Chinese instrument. I really love traditional Chinese style building and design, so I really enjoy the environment here.
The food and service here is normal. Not too good but not bad. If you look for different food here, the only difference is the Wine. They have traditional Chinese wine. (I am not sure about the wine, but the bottle is Chinese traditional wine clay bottle.)
Really recommended if you like Chinese traditional style restaurant (not the food).

A Chinese BBQ skewer restaurant. You order through your phone. We ordered most of the menu, beef, both lamb, pork, tripe, chicken with pineapple, chicken hearts and gizzards, quail, squid, and prawns. Also the eggplant, chives, fish tofu, vegetable roll and enoki mushrooms. Food is served already cooked and placed on a warming tray. Food was well seasoned and delicious! Prices are very good! A excellent place to satisfy grilled meat cravings!

Simply amazing ambiance with live music Guzheng , the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were a group of 8 people, the waitress tried her best to sit us in the comfort space even during the high peak dinner time.
The dishes taste extremely fantastic with a nice touch from the chef .
