I have been here in over 25 years since I had moved. I was back in the area and I was NOT disappointed. Their rolls were some of the freshest I’ve had in a while. And their shrimp Tom Yum soup was absolutely delicious. The owner is pleasant with everyone who walks in the door and was very attentive. It is a nice cozy treasure of a place! Highly recommend

Food was pretty good, we got a sushi boat for 2 and it’s pretty filling. They only had one server so since we were there during typical dinner hours the food took a while to come out but other than that we had a good time.

We recently relocated to Hudson and we were thrilled to find this long-standing restaurant is walking distance to our new home. The owner, Narisara, is a wonderful friendly and attentive hostess and we enjoy our visits with her. The sushi is outstanding, always fresh with generous portions. Sushi Chef – Ken – is masterful and creative. The Thai food is also fabulous and authentic as Narisara and her family are Thai. Great local eats. Go now!

Dynamite Sushi in Hudson offers much more than just sushi. This family owned business seems to feature mostly Thai plates but has a variety of other Asian dishes available as well; Korean Beef and Japanese Ramen bowls, for example. There is a full bar here. If you’ve never tried Mochi (or Moji) Ice Cream before, this is the place. The prices here are very good. Closed Tuesdays. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at Dynamite Sushi! The Pad Thai is absolutely delicious, the Yellowtail Carpaccio is phenomenal, and the crab fried rice is so tasty. The restaurant has a great vibe and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
