Ordering online is a joke don’t waste your money adding extra anything because they just won’t give it to you. i order the same order Everytime and it is never the same, either always missing something or just putting barely anything in the bowl. I have said something many times and they just act like it’s nothing. If I’m going to pay almost $15 for a bowl then I want the stuff in it that I’m paying for. Normally I just look over it but tonight I can’t this is by far the worse bowl I have got from them. Not only did they barely put any meat or rice they added extra beans to make it look fuller, so the bowl is mostly beans. I am so sad I paid the amount of money I did for this waste. The photo is just after I opened it.

When you place a pick up order DOUBLE CHECK it before taking off! Today they got my order wrong 3 times! One of the burritos was a completely different name. The other had my name but it was completely wrong. This is not the first time it has happened either. They had a decent attitude about correcting it but this really is unacceptable at this rate.

This place is usually pretty good, however their portions seem to be extremely lacking, even by chipotle standards. I’ve ordered bowls with loads of toppings that only ever come half full at best. The staff is friendly and mobile orders are always on time. I usually come by because its in a convenient location, but between the puny portions (even when ordering double meat) and them always forgetting utensils and sides on mobile orders, I’d say you’re better off at a different chipotle

Amid all of the criticism of smaller chipotle portions, I ignored the warnings and went in to get food anyways. First item was a burrito. The portions were definitely smaller, the guy working the line put about 6 little cubes of chicken in the burrito and once my wife realized thats all he was putting on we order extra chicken. It wasn’t till then he added a full scoop, followed by small portions of toppings. My next item was a steak bowl. Which also was topped by humorously small portions. Barely any rice, he did add more steak than he did chicken on the burrito which was nice. But everything else was ridiculous even the amount of lettuce, which I asked for more (never thought I’d have to do that.). This experience pushed me not to get guac or queso because why would I pay extra for the same small quantities and waste my money. I remember a time you could go into any chipotle and they struggled to wrap the burritos ( without asking for extras) and a busting bowl. Not sure if this is incompetence on behalf of the worker or if this is just corporate greed at play. Either way next time I will take my business to Qdoba. At least they seem to get it right.

Please go out of your way to another location and save yourself the time and hassle. 9/10 times they will not give you everything you ordered. Not sure if they are forgetful or out of the items (they are constantly out of something due to not being PREPARED! Not due to demand). But if that was the case, let me know and offer me another side. It’s sad that I will have to open the container before I drive off to make sure my order is correct, is that not what you are paid to do? My latest order was a quesadilla, with steak, fajita veggies, sour cream, rice and vinaigrette. They “forgot” the veggies, the rice AND the sour cream. This is just one of the MANY mistakes they have made. From now on I will just go to the Ridge location where I know they take care of their customers.

This is only the second time I’ve been to Chipotle. First time was about 12 years ago at Kellogg and Rock Rd. The food was way better today than before. The line was quick. And service was excellent.

I constantly have issues with this specific location all the time. As other reviews have mentioned, items missing from orders or always running out of things. And they can’t offer a refund, even if they don’t have the items in stock. This time I was waiting in the chipotle lane for 50 minutes before getting my order!!! I could’ve went to a dine-in restaurant and would’ve gotten my food faster. If you can, go to another location or a completely different restaurant.

I got half a bowl. Terrible. I’ve complained multiple times and they don’t care. Total waste of money. Don’t reply with an online complaint form because it does nothing. The attached picture is before I took a bite.

It is 5:50 PM. I decided to stop into my neighborhood chipotle to grab dinner before going home. They are out of steak. They’re out of fajita vegetables. They’re almost out of chicken. I am not exactly sure how they’re gonna make it through the rest of the evening. Never have I seen it this poorly run at this time of day.
