D & W Backyard BBQ has the best variety of food items and their food is fantastic. I have never been disappointed with the food or their service. It is worth the drive from anywhere short or long to have their homemade prepared menu items. The prices they charge for the amount of food you get are more than reasonable. The owners Debbie and Wendell deserve a 10 star rating. Try it you will not be disappointed.

I am appalled at the horrible attitude the lady that owns the D&W backyard bbq has!
For anyone wanting to try that place…I highly discourage it! I am not a person to complain about a business, I always just go on my way and tend to not stop at said place again.
Several months ago we tried their pulled pork sandwiches and they were so full of huge chunks of fat that was obviously not picked out at all.
Today we decided to try them again.
After asking if we could just get a sandwich without sides she had such an attitude and a response of “nope, I don’t have it set up that way” in a rude tone. That’s the first smart comment.
Then we ask if they leave alot of fat on their sandwiches ( which they have at our last visit there) but kinda hoping this would indirectly let them know we don’t want huge chunks of fat on our sandwich. Her response was ” SIR IT IS PULLED PORK” in the ugliest most rude tone. We decided that not a single smile, 2 very rude smart comments, and the lack of care to put their customers first meant they weren’t getting a dime from us.
You would think that people who are running a business would be kind to their customers…WHO ARE ABOUT TO GIVE THEM THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!
