Absolutely some of the best sandwiches in the area! The donuts on the weekend are just phenomenal. Prices are good but the sandwiches themselves are fresh made and always a pure pleasure. They have all kinds of meats on offer, including some choice bolognas. Service is always friendly and fast. Can’t wait to go by in person and see the inside of the new place!

I always love shopping and eating at the Dutch Pantry. They are my favorite place to get a great deli sandwich and other delicious foods like coleslaw, chicken salad and more. All their baked goods are homemade and are always so good! The owners and employees are so kind! They have donuts on Fridays & Saturdays that are absolutely amazing!

It reminds me of early 2000s yoders! Bulk pantry, yummy, unique and local finds that you only get at places like this. Reasonably priced, I was just delighted to stop in here. 🙂 the bread i bought was perfect- smell, texture and taste and I cant wait to make a sandwich tonight. The service is soooo great- more than I could have hoped for. They even cut my yummy bread. Charlottesville people need to take the trip to Ruckersville and anyone passing through Greene. You’ll leave happy and I just cant say enough good things. I initially went in for the donuts, but those are only friday and saturday, so I will be back! It deserves the special trip, cult following north garden gets with dr. Hos for sammies. Thanks guys

Sandwiches are fantastic, made to order, and very prompt. The coffee grinder is a nice convienance with a wide available selection. There is a wide selection of goods here; candy, drinks, meats, spices, snacks, jams, and spreads, and baked goods. The red pepper relish is awesome and the fry pies are a great baked treat.

We LOVE Dutch Pantry in Ruckersville, Va. They are always there to fix something delicious for you. This morning, I got my usual Breakfast Sandwich there – white bread, bacon, egg, and Swiss cheese – all melted into a fabulous, gooey sandwich! Thanks to ANITA who made me this yummy creation and she did a beautiful job – with a lovely smile! Dutch Pantry is the place to go if you want anything DE-lish to eat there or take home – dinners, sandwiches, pies, cakes, cookies and a huge variety of chips and candy. It’s just a cute little country store with dry stock goods, meats and a deli. Service was prompt for being as busy as the gentleman was. I ordered the turkey club and a grilled cheese for my son. I…mmm…. I need to go back and get another one. Oh my goodness gracious me!!! ❤️

Overall, this is an excellent bulk food store. I have noticed a slight decrease in options though. Over the last year or so the amount of stuff available has noticeably decreased. Definitely not as jammed packed with their delicious snacks like it used to be. Food is still excellent though and the workers are always fantastic.
