Visited on Tuesday the 16th Around 9:05 PM. I watched the employee showing pictures on her phone to the driver in front of me and talking to him for an extended amount of time after giving him his drink. I just wanted to buy my things and move on, but the experience took way longer than necessary.

Always have a great experience with the employees at this place. There tends to often be lines. But this is the case at most coffee places, so no need to ding a star for that. I think it’s an expected thing. Great place, highly recommend.

So I used to live at the Parklane apartments and Hazel Dell and I would go to this location and buy my coffee. I had no issues for a while until they started to deliberately make my coffee really bad I could even hear them laughing as I was walking off I would take one drink and I knew they were doing stuff to make it taste burnt I actually even kind of made an acquaintance friend with one of the people that work there he was a ginger and I’m also part Ginger because of my beard and I remember I didn’t have any money because I’m disabled one time and I was walking around the parking lot to see if anybody would help and the guy that worked there the ginger he got out of the gym and he said I’ll buy you a coffee not even a week later I have my own money and I came back and he was working and so are other people and I said what’s up my fellow Ginger just you know being friendly and he screamed at me and acted like he wanted to fight me I was like wow and then they ended up kicking me out but they’re the ones that were making fun of me and making my drink wrong on purpose time after time and all because I came back for either a refund or for them to make remake my drink they told me I can’t ever come back so what I’m going to do is I’m going to try to get a hold of the owner of all the Dutch Brothers no matter how hard it is and put in a really big complaint to this one right here and hopefully he fires every one of you people that were working there

Let me preface this review by saying that I spent a few years working at Dutch Bros. and was at a MUCH busier stand than this location, so I sympathize when it’s busy and chaotic. However, we typically go when there are only a few cars in line so they’re not crazy when these experiences have occurred.
This week alone they have messed up my husband’s drink (a hot americano with a splash of cream) twice. One was ice cold, and the other had some kind of floral, what I can only think of being lavender, flavoring in it. On top of that, my drink is just a quad shot over some ice and soft top… yet numerous times now I’ve received the daintiest amount of it (essentially just speckles of soft top in my cup).
On top of the drinks being mediocre, for lack of a better term, the attitude we’ve received from some of the employees has been the furthest thing from the ‘Dutch culture’ that I was trained with. After our experience today we’ve made the decision to no longer go to this stand and, while losing our business alone may not make an impact, I truthfully hope that they start to live by the old ‘tried and true’ Dutch culture and return to making quality drinks with genuine conversation.

I was just here a few days ago, October 20th, because my long distance boyfriend and I wanted to get a new drink called Luv Bug (that’s what I call him) and we thought we’d go on a little Dutch Date.
Anyway! Katelyn (sorry if I spelt that wrong), was SO KIND! I pretty much forgot I was getting a drink and felt like I made a friend. She made me feel like I had known her forever, her vibes were so nice and happy!! I know it’s silly to be thankful for, but it really made my day talking to her. In addition, there was a bee and ladybug drawn on my cup and it was the cutest thing ever. Thank you for your kindness girlie! You need a raise!!!

The nice thing about Dutch Bros is if you’re not sure what you want, they will help you make a decision. Just a couple questions about what you like and they have a list of great drinks to try.
The barista’s are always nice with smiles. They are quick taking the orders, scanning your app and sending your order to the front to be made.
I always tell people I know about Dutch Bros.
They have several fund raisers for great causes and medical issues to help with research. These is a great business

It was my first time here… Had to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes and then they forgot to add the vanilla to my vanilla latte… Not going back… It just wasn’t worth it.

As always, this is a perfect place for your DB fix. My only frustration is avoidable confusion at this specific location. If you’re entering the right side (facing towards the highway), to exit you MUST turn right. I wasn’t paying attention, turned left and promptly got stuck in the other drive thru lane…. Then couldn’t back up because someone pulled up behind me. Look at the photos and map area and you can see it can be confusing. Management should put a sign on that lane to avoid such confusion or better… It should’ve been built with a side passing lane (like most drive thru joints have these days) to avoid someone getting stuck in a drive thru. A petty complaint perhaps.. But since these drinks are made to order, staff is often limited, sometimes people order multiples, the wait time can be more considerable than you think.
