This is the best dutch stand in Klamath. Always friendly, only stand to get mine and my daughters drink right! It is a busy location because it has an amazing team so you may have a little wait.

Acted like it was a big deal to give a cup holder for 4 drinks and this place just didn’t give that Dutch bros vibe at all, what happened to the old days where they’d be the most kind people and would be cool

The “B” team works at this location. Dutch is awesome, but this location sucks. The line management / entire set up sucks, and it’s the slowest crew in town. Do better!

Nice staff and cool place. Has walk up pick up. However, recently they have messed up my drink the last 7 times I have gone. This time I asked for a simple flavored black tea with no ice. Not sure what i got. The syrup was right but the drink was 99 percent ice. Last time I asked for a nutty Irishman and just got a black coffee and milk. I think they have given up at this location. The manager should just quit .the staff is nice but that is it.

Fast and friendly. I loved the recommendation for flavoring my almond milk with the pumpkin pie spice flavoring. The baristas are so energetic and positive to everyone. Also love my pink ‘Be Aware’ hydro flask type mug I got. The beverage options are limitless and it is amazing for those of us with dairy allergies!

Today we went through the line the lady helping us in the drive-thru just sat on her butt literally hanging out the drive-thru window preventing her from hearing me and just showing her backside. When I continued to place my orders she said she could not hear me and she would not stand up to turn around. The whole time she kept saying excuse me I can’t hear you and she kept looking at me like I was the problem.I was in the car with my family. We just felt awkward and under appreciated as customers with our family

I just moved to this area, and went to grab a coffee yesterday. Unfortunately, this is the worst Dutch Bros I’ve been to. It took a long time for them to process the 2 or 3 cars ahead of me (no big deal, because I was not in a rush), but the young lady that waited on me was not friendly whatsoever. I prefer to have my transaction short and pleasant, but it was neither. I was not greeted with a “hello” nor a “thank you” or a “sorry it was taking an average of about 5minutes per care ahead of you” and it appeared as if my patronage of this establishment was not welcomed or appreciated, judging by this young lady’s facial expressions. I understand that people have bad days sometimes, but it’s important to leave that at the door when you are working in the service industry. I would not have felt right about not leaving a tip, and I don’t feel right about the tip that I did leave, based on the service I received (and that is not a pleasant experience). I might give this location one more try at some point, in the hopes that what I experienced yesterday was a one-off.
