Lola was the best barista ever!
Unfortunately today was her last day here.
Dutch Bros is really losing a great employee!
The encounter was short… But in that short time I seen well rounded ness.
She has it all!

Dutch Bros Coffee is my favorite Coffee location. They have excellent coffee, a perfect business model, and superior customer service. Their Coffee is always brewed to order and despite what might appear to be a long line waiting to order Dutch Bros the business model operates at peak efficiency and the line will move with lightening speed.
I always order 4 shots of Espresso on Ice to sip on long drives, like over 200 to 250 Mike’s and that Espresso keeps me alert !
Do yourself a favor and check out Dutch Bros, you will not be disappointed!

I stoped by the Dutch bros in Sutherlin Oregon on Feb 7th around 7 pm there was a young lady working who was extremely rude while taking are order. She had an attitude The whole time. She then proceeded to hand me my coffee that the outside of the cup was completely covered in caramel, and when I asked for a napkin, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me. I know we all have bad days but I think she needs to go back and read what Dutch stands for.

Wow, talk about an experience. Visited some friends in Oregon and always love going to Dutch Bros, it really is the best. This last weekend tho made our road trip so much more memorable. Hunter was the man, he told me about all the sugar free options they have now and helped me make a BOMB cold brew drink. Everyone here was so fun and friendly and really made our day. Like I said I love going to Dutch Bros to begin with but this location really went the extra mile and made us all feel special. One of those life moments you had to be there for, I can’t wait to go back and visit on the next road trip to Oregon. Thank you all but a special shout out to Hunter, he was the icing on the cake and I hope he gets recognition for this!

Dutch Bros is a joke. There’s never anyone over the age of 18 working there, and it shows. The place is run by rude, hormonal teenagers who care more about flirting with each other than actually making drinks. Every single time, my order is wrong, no matter how simple. On the rare occasion they do hand me something close, it tastes like straight-up garbage. It’s sloppy, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing that this passes as a coffee chain.

Great time to stop in for a blended drink. With the heat rising, I stopped by for a blended Golden Eagle. Yummy! The staff is super friendly, and they have tables outside for those, like myself, who need a break from the road. Thanks, guys!

I like this place, but wish they had options for a keto diet. Like having heavy whipping cream on hand. Very disappointed tonight my girls went to this place last night and got a large drink ane asked for light ice and then ended up with full ice and only part of the drink. I’m going back tomorrow to ask for a new drink on the house for giving such a small amount in a whole bunch of ice. Check the video out.

My partner and child and I were driving through here a few weeks ago, making our way to the redwoods. One of the people who were working outside, taking orders was extremely rude to me. She told me that I should’ve went to the other line and pointed out a sign that had fallen over, that was not able to be read. She made me wait and took other people‘s orders before me because I wasn’t in the line that she wanted me to be in. I am new to Oregon and I am new to Dutch Bros and I had no idea how the lineups worked. Perhaps if you want people to read a sign and follow the instructions, the sign should be standing and not blown over. I’ll be contacting customer service about this.

It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks with only two cars in front of us. Coffee wasn’t even very warm. Not the Dutch Bros standards we are used to.
