Every time I go to this Dutch bros early in the morning especially on Saturdays my drink is made wrong and given the wrong size..which I don’t understand cause the lady reads me back my order and it’s correct … I stopped going here because of that and started only going to the Tigard one even tho I work in tualatin because of this … decided to stop at this one case I didn’t have time to drive to the Tigard one and thought maybe it’ll be right … and again it’s wrong ordered a Large hand blended carmalizer extra shot extra sweet…and was given a med and what tasted like a esspresso blended with hardly any carmalizer flavors… every single time every other Dutch I go to is Amazing and always makes my drink right I just don’t get it but the shorter lady with longish dark hair ( I think she is the shift supervisor) and the tall white guy that work the open shift are horrible … and the sad thing is that when they aren’t there I have no issue …. Do better you two

Dutch bro’s coffee shops I have come across have always had the best costumer service. This location is the closest to my house and is always a great trip for the family. My little one gets the hot chocolate. My husband usually get black coffee while I pick a holiday or special drink.

This has always been one of the best locations. The folks are always super nice, not overly chatty or obnoxiously loud. Drinks are always made just right.

So I took off my previous review, which was praising the customer service at the TUALATIN- Sherwood rd.location. I was absolutely appalled at the way I was treated by the two ladies working at 3:30 on October 6th.I spend hundreds a month, and I thought that something like this would never happen. I wanted to pay cash this time, and I had, what I thought, was enough $ to get my usual fav. But I was informed I was short,so I said okay just give me the smallest size, then she informed me was short 15 cents. Yes,I understand, we have to pay for services rendered. I only had cash available at the moment. But the way she handled it was beyond rude. It was strange, embarrassing, and frankly a little hurtful, because I am a regular customer, almost every day. Maybe she could’ve forgiven the whole 15 cents, maybe not. But the way she went about it was effed up. The one time that I didn’t have my debit card with me,God forbid…Really mad at that location.

In my opinion this place has better coffee than Starbucks. The wait times here in Oregon are much longer than per se in California or Arizona where they move at lightning speed.

Recently started going back to this Dutch Brothers and have been really happy. Drinks have been really good and every time we’ve asked for sugar-free they have been. The espresso has not been burnt like I had had a year or so ago when we stopped going. Service has been good and friendly without overbearing.
Just a really good, local quick coffee stop. Happy got my wife and I have gone back, and we will continue to drive through.

This is one of the best Dutch Bros locations. The coffee always tastes great!! I look forward to coming here every morning and chitchatting with the workers. They are always so enthusiastic and in a great mood, they always know mine and my husband’s order no matter who’s on shift ! Love this place. One of my absolute faves

This is hands-down the worst Dutch I’ve ever been to. And I don’t say that lightly because I’ve been a loyal Dutch supporter for years and anytime there was ever a problem with my drink, they were more than happy to make it right. Until now. I recently had to relocate to this area because of my job and needless to say, my first experience at this Dutch was not a good one. I sat in a long line (as one tends to do for great coffee) and ordered my go-to drink, a blended Golden Eagle with no whip. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. As I’m pulling away I realized something wasn’t right. It was way too light and had no taste. So I turned around and waited in another long line to get a replacement. The 2nd attempt was still off, but I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back and wait in another long line for a 3rd time as I still needed to stop and grab some food. So on my lunch break the next day, I went back and explained the situation. I was told by a very monotone male employee that he wasn’t going to replace it because I didn’t have the other drink with me. Now it’s true I didn’t have it with me, but that’s only because I’m not going to leave a full melted coffee milkshake in my cupholder to slosh about while I’m driving around. Regardless, I’ve never been to a Dutch and told they wouldn’t make it right, even it was the next day. These coffees are getting too expensive to be paying for something you can’t even drink. Very poor customer service and I will not be going back to this particular Dutch. I’ll be glad when my assignment here is over and I can get back home to my Dutch where they know how to treat you right.

I’m a regular customer at this coffee shop, but on 06/24/25 around 11:00 AM I had the worst experience so far. I came in to order coffee for myself and my loved ones. I asked three times for a hot chocolate, but the barista didn’t seem to understand or hear me. When I tried to type my order on my phone, she simply walked away without taking it.
After waiting about 5 more minutes, another barista took my order, which went fine — but I waited over 15 minutes to get my drink, even though my friends who ordered after me were already served. When I asked where my hot chocolate was, I was ignored. Only after raising my voice did they finally make it.
The drink itself was good, but the service that day was extremely disappointing. 1 star for service, 3 stars overall only because the hot chocolate was delicious.
