I’ve been to many Dutch Bros locations and this is by far my favorite one, they are always so happy, always jamming out to music, and always make conversation! If I ever had to choose where I would go and where I’d like to work it would be there! Oh and the brown butter drink is AWESOME!

I ordered a simple drink, the same thing I order at every Dutch Bros, and never have an issue. A blended cocomo, made with oatmilk. This does not look or taste the same as a regular blended cocomo at all. It’s the only drink I get, I know what it tastes like. I also can’t eat dairy, and I know very well what that tastes like. They handed me a very obviously “regular” cocomo with dairy milk. I immediately asked, “is that a cocomo with oat milk?”. Shed lied right to my face, said yes, and handed me the drink. I pulled forward, parked, took one sip, and immediately tasted milk. If I return to get it corrected, they will just do something worse. If I return for a refund, it’s getting thrown in the window. Terrible location. I tipped almost $4, for a single blended drink (because Dutch always makes me good drinks), and they still screwed me and lied to my face. Seriously childish, and just bad for business. [Edited to add a photo of a blended cocomo made with oat milk – even with the flash on, it’s much darker]
