I love Dutch Bros and usually have a great experience, but this location can really be hit or miss. This time, I was told to drive all the way around and rejoin the line because I apparently messed up the order of the car behind me. I’m honestly not sure what to say about that.
Nobody told me I had to wait for two cars to pass, and I was just following normal merging etiquette. Instead of helping sort it out, they were going to make me restart by having me pull all the way around, basically a penalty for something that wasn’t clear at all.
I even have a video of the interaction attached. Along with a video of me not cutting in front of anyone. I’m not sure what kind of policy this is, but it definitely left a bad impression.

I have never come to dutch bros. So this was my first experience ordering. Now I’ve had a drink from here before but my co-worker surprised me with it 1 morning because she knows I like lemonade. So, I didn’t know how to order at first but I figured it out. They were super fast. The employees were so wonderful. Oh my word they are great. I wish the 1 young lady didn’t have to be outside to take orders that sucks to me, I pray that they are paying her well.

I live so close and I have been a customer of this store since they began to open and I love their drinks and sweet treats, but sometimes the service I receive can be just so unsatisfying. Sometimes I say to myself I love the Dutch drinks for me and my family but what’s next…long lines, long wait, once a hair in my drink, bad moody personal, no stoppers on several drinks, not well blended when I asked for double blended, and to top it all one time a personal accidentally slipped out of her hand because of her long nails a drink in my moms car . It’s too much now. But today I sent to a contact friend a gift with my Dutch points, and she never received it having the app. Please I just want my Drinks that I buy with a lot of sacrifice

LISTEN!!!! THIS LOCATION IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY LOCATIONS!!!! I hate to say that I have a rebel addiction ok! So I have been to many locations to surpress my cravings I LOVE this location. HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! Let’s talk about how welcoming and friendly the workers are! I love every single person I have come in contact with. Everyone makes me feel welcomed and make it a point to remember orders and get to know me as an individual not just a customer. The atmosphere and music 10/10 and the drinks are ALWAYS perfect!!! I frequent a blended rebel extra think and this is the ONLY LOCATION that makes my drink extra thick without it tasting like I spent money I wasn’t supposed to be spending on a cup of blended ice! (All other locations my drinks taste like ice) AND!!!!!! THEY ARE FAST!!! They get me in and out with a prefect drink every time. I want to work at this location because I love it so much. 10/10 recommend

Worst drinks I’ve ever had.. stopped at this location Tuesday, 2-10 at 8:45pm. The worker refused to scan the QR code on my app. Then when I got my drinks they were not blended, and the portions were all bad.. ordered and double torture blended as usual and it just taste like a black coffee. I also ordered and strawberry banana and coconut SMOOTHIE, the gave me a slushie and it had no taste of strawberry or banana, purely just coconut. I’ve always preferred Dutch bros over other places because of the variety of drinks and the quality.. but after today I’ll Probably stay away for awhile.

Driving through Sac and had to stop and get a coffee. We got the Annihilator. One regular and one Protein Milk stuck with zero sugar.
This drive through was fast, efficient, and friendly. The detour off the freeway did not take long and we appreciated that!

I’m not really the type to ever make reviews but I’ve had 2 bad experiences here. As someone who loves dutch, I frecuent this location often on my way to work or for my breaks. The past two times I’ve gone, I’ve ordered at the window since I don’t drive. Both times I visited during my 15 minute break. The past two times I’ve ordered and waited more than 20 minutes for my drink!! The girls in there just kept chit chatting, one of them was sipping on her drink. Unless you’re in the drive thru they don’t seem to prioritize people that want to order in the window. The cars kept driving through the drive thru and I had to wait for the line to end in order to finally get acknowledged and get my drink. On top of that there was no apology and accountability on their part either. Do better for your customers!!

Very disappointed to be writing this review. It is solely regarding the customer service received. I frequent this location OFTEN as it’s right down the street from my home, my son’s school, and literally on my way to work. On top of that the customer service as always been top tier!
Today I arrived around 8:15 and when I entered the drive thru line another car came in behind me. The young lady taking orders came up to window to take my order then immediately goes “oh I’m going to help that car first” and leaves before I can even respond. Then a young man comes to take my order and he can clearly see I’m speechless. When I mention how weird the interaction was he states “oh yeah that car was here first it was just at a stop sign” to which I replied: “then it wasn’t here first if it’s behind me then right?”
I proceeded to respectfully and politely decline service, backed out and went to Starbucks. I sadly will not be returning to this location. And while many people have told me to explicitly mention the races of the young lady that first approached me, my race, and the race of the gentleman sent to help me. But instead I’ll simply understand it for what it is: ignorance.

Ive come to this location a few times now since its right down the street from my job. They do a great job with making our complicated drinks correctly and always are very Nice, Helpful and Fast. The drinks are always so good
Update: ive been coming here now since they opened and i just have to say every single employee here is so sweet and helpful. This is my absolute favorite location for dutch bros and i will drive across town now to go to this location. Morgan, Sophie, Alex and EJ are some of our favorite people who always remember our drinks. Absolutely love this location!

Absolutely LOVE this location. The staff is always super friendly, helpful and oh my God are they fast. I’ve never been through a Dutch Bros line this fast, and its consistently amazing every time.
