I honestly love going here. I just moved and love going here for coffee, always wanting to get the Golden Eagle. The staff are always kind and friendly, and they have never been malicious or rude, even once. They make my drink perfectly (which I greatly appreciate), and it’s pretty cheap here. Although their size options are different from your average Starbucks or café, 16 ounces is about the smallest the sizes will go. I recommend going here if you want a quick drink, as the lines have always been super fast and easy with the staff standing outside and helping most of the time. Please tip as well, it’s always appreciated by staff.

This place is horrible, they are always low on employees. I wouldn’t not recommend this place unless you plan on waiting at the drive through for 45 minutes for one drink. Save your time and go to Starbucks instead of this piece of junk.

Super rude order taker. Then they did not have what I wanted.. which is the third time. Then for cinnamon and she told me they don’t add cinnamon. Back to Starbucks I guess still awful after at least 300 or more visits. Ice tea that looks and taste like water. I basically pay $3.45 for ice water. I have asked over and over to do better but still I get WATER.Water again today. I had to pay for a new ice tea after I walked to the window to get the problem resolved! No re-do…. this place is a fraud!!!!!!!!!!

Coffee was okay but the young lady that made my drink had some type of lotion or perfume on her hand and it got all over my drink the lid and the cup. It’s all I could taste and smell. Hopefully I’m not allergic my throat hurts already

Amazing customer service! On my graduation day they saw me in my cap and gown and wrote me a special not on my cup and even asked what I would do after and gave some advice and the other day after a long shift at work an employee gave me a customer appreciation (I think it’s called)a drink for free

I ordered a dutch soda and asked for light ice because they always fill the entire cup with ice and they charged extra to get light ice. What?! I’ve never had any other establishment ever charge more for light ice… Especially one that fills the cup to the brim with an obnoxious amount of ice otherwise.
