I love Dutch Bros, but the past week it has been slacking. I don’t know if there’s new people, but every single order i’ve gotten is either wrong, or I receive the completely different order. I don’t know if it’s a miscommunication between the people taking orders and making the drinks, but i’ve never had such bad experiences until recently. I just want caramel all in my drink, and I every time i order it, there’s none there! This is my go to spot, please fix it here.

Super rude order taker. Then they did not have what I wanted.. which is the third time. Then for cinnamon and she told me they don’t add cinnamon. Back to Starbucks I guess still awful after at least 300 or more visits. Ice tea that looks and taste like water. I basically pay $3.45 for ice water. I have asked over and over to do better but still I get WATER.Water again today. I had to pay for a new ice tea after I walked to the window to get the problem resolved! No re-do…. this place is a fraud!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here were very friendly and super helpful. They gave me an awesome free sticker along with my order. It is a super cute alien sticker that I will for sure be rocking on my coffee cup or tumbler. The vibe is super cute and quirky inside their little building, and you can tell that the staff like their job. Great place for a pick-me-up.
