Love Dutch but since moving to SV it’s been a bummer. Service is terribly slow busy or not, even if you order ahead 15+ minutes in advance. They also don’t pass out stickers unless you ask on drop days. Drinks are made inconsistently, either too sweet, watered down, or strong. Been a Dutch fan for many many years, so it truly is a letdown.

Literally you go and buy coffee for $29 and they serve you milk in a cup with ice. It’s absolutely sad. All I wanted was a coffee and it’s not what I got. Super disappointing. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last.

I frequent this location often, the staff is always friendly and helpful; even when I try to order some crazy drink I’ve seen on TikTok. This past Sunday was no different. Addison took my order, when I asked about the pink cowboy hat she was wearing she flashed me the brightest smile and told me “it’s Sunday Funday!” She demonstrated exceptional customer service, she was patient, kind and even remember that I typically like my drinks extra sweet(I had forgotten to ask during my order.) She knows her customers and the fact that she remember, made my day. I highly recommend this Dutch.

I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years and have always had great and friendly service. My only issue lately is that the drink I often order has been made very inconsistently and it’s making me wonder if the newer employees aren’t fully reading my entire order or if they just don’t know the whole menu. I order a hopscotch mocha and often get what tastes more like a light latte which I don’t like at all; and I feel guilty if I constantly have to ask for it to be remade. I’ve just never had this much of an issue with never knowing how one drink is gonna be made. Sometimes I get my mocha and other times I feel like they just don’t read the mocha part and make the latte because theyre in a hurry. If they could just pay a little more attention.

I’ll give 4 stars because the people are great, and they are only making drinks how they are told…. but DANG, the ice is getting expensive at Dutch! Seems like that’s what you’re paying for when you order a drink…

They were doing good but a couple of times my drink was so milky and not enough ice which is the cause of why there was too much milk bc of the little ice being added. Today was bad tho my drink had too much milk it just tasted like milk and then had it redone only to wait 10-15 minutes after already waiting 15 minutes the first time and only to get a drink that was drenched in caramel that made my drink so syrupy and thick and had cinnamon in it with barely any ice! All I ordered was an iced golden eagle with soft top. How can it get done wrong and some people are allergic to cinnamon. I just left because I was not going to wait another 15 minutes for another drink to be done wrong. And these drinks are not cheap

You get a free medium drink without any purchase if you sign up on their app which was amazing because I love free coffee but it ended up tasting so good I wouldn’t mind paying the next time tbh. Serving size is also great, way better than starbucks & boycott friendly! We got an iced golden eagle & frosted caramelizer with soft top on each!

Anytime I come to dutch bros I absolutely love when Nicky is working and is the one who makes my coffee as I feel she is the only one who makes it right anymore . Along with she is always super friendly and always has a positive attitude !
